* ''Film/GuardiansOfTheGalaxy2014'': Yondu and Kraglin mention that it ended up being for the best that they adopted Quill and didn’t deliver him to his father, claiming he was a jackass. At the time it was a funny moment. But then in [[Film/GuardiansOfTheGalaxyVol2 the sequel]] we meet said father and… well let’s just say “jackass” is ''[[MoralEventHorizon way]]'' too nice of a word.

Wrong way hindsight

** The Production of Civil War matched the film's plot. Kevin Feige had became frustrated with the Marvel's Creative Committee and their control over the films. This was the last straw, with Feige threatening to quit. To prevent this from happening, Feige was promoted and the committee was dissolved. However, this also led to the MCU's Films and TV shows being treated as seperate entities, causing a disconnect in the MCU. Ultimately, Marvel wound up shutting down their TV division and relaunching it under Feige's control.
