* The boss fight with Ripto highlights his unusually large gait for his stubby legs. He's not so much running as he is bouncing his entire torso from side to side onto each leg. It's quite the sight to behold, and Ripto's massive collar bouncing along with him is just the icing on the cake.

* Before the battle against Ripto begins, Zoe shows up to inform Spyro that Hunter is here to help. While this is going on, Ripto is [[FunnyBackgroundEvent just standing idly in the background looking impatient.]] As if saying, "Come on, already!"

* The jumpers from Metro Speedway. They let out an hilarious scream when Spyro burns their ropes.

* When Ripto steals the gem for his scepter in the intro, Elora asks Hunter to do something... Hunter impotently commands Ripto to give the gem back. "At least I tried."

* One of the satyrs in Fracture Hills: "Music can soothe the savage beast... and ''bagpipe'' music can break solid rock."

** The Extro to Aquaria Towers has a Seahorse being scared off (and farting bubbles out of fear) by robotic shark jaws,[[note]]Robo-sharks are one of the enemies in the level, and they can insta-kill Spyro if they get their jaws on him[[/note]] which is revealed to be another Seahorse playing a prank. [[LaserGuidedKarma Cue a second pair of Robo-Shark Jaws, this time chomping a few times and being from the real thing, which chases the prankster Seahorse off screen]].

** The Intro for Crystal Glacier has 2 Ice Builders trying to save their leader by entering through the top of his prison. However, upon one launching the other to the top an Ice Mage, waiting up there, freezes the flying Caveman in a large ice cube, cue [[AnvilOnHead the frozen Ice Builder crushing the other flat]]. The Extro has three Ice Builders climbing a castle, posting a flag on the top. one Ice Builder then falls off, safely hitting the snow, amused, another knocks one down as well, diving off himself shortly afterwards. Their leader [[SurroundedByIdiots just nods disappointingly]].

** The intro for Metropolis has a robotic man waiting for the bus, only to discover a pig with a rocket on its back. How does he react to this? [[UnusuallyUninterestingSight He (and the pig) keep waiting for the bus]]. The kicker? Said rocket pig is one of the enemies that are wreaking havoc among Metropolis. That's right, not only is he completely unphased by a '''pig wearing a fireworks rocket on its back''', but one that is '''potentially causing trouble in the city'''. ** The Intro of [[LethalLavaLand Skelos Badlands]] has a flame-headed enemy singe a caveman's behind followed by [[GravityIsAHarshMistress the Caveman dangling over a pit for a few seconds]] before [[spoiler: it's then revealed the bat enemy was holding him,]] he precedes to fall shortly shortly afterwards.

* Even though it's ThatOneSidequest, there's just something inherently funny about the Alchemist in Fractured Hills walking into Earthshapers like a drunken old man. Even better when you use the Superflame power-up on them after beating the game 100% and watch him just dilly-dallying around until he makes it to Hunter.
