I have yet to read this comic, but it's my understanding that the Sony film Spideys were only mentioned in this comic. Given that we don't understand the context of why the Sam Raimi Spider-Man was unmasked, it's a bit of a stretch to consider it a Take That. He might've been in a circumstance where he removed his masked willingly for all we know.
