* Nyack's weak stomach and inability to hold his alcohol.
* Everything about Blavin, the hapless handler assigned to Retrieval Team 22. He's introduced double-fisting margaritas, and things only go downhill from there. By episode 4, he's already living in Jens's apartment.

* Everything about Jens and Nyack's relationship. It's up in the air whether Nyack genuinely doesn't see his half-brother's contempt for him, or pretends not to see it to take the piss, but either way it's hilarious.

* Anytime the characters treat the speaking stone like it's a modern smartphone. Special mention goes to Hardwon putting it in a red solo cup to use as the airship's soundsystem.
* Paw Paw's gradual evolution from a normal possum into a warrior, lawyer, fashion designer, and whatever else the Band of Boobs need at the time.
* Hardwon's relationship with Caw Caw, a random, unawakened raven he's convinced is his closely bonded animal companion.

* Murph is forced to take every outlandish detail Emily spouts off about the Crick and incorporate it into his worldbuilding. Thus we wind up with a fully-realized fantasy setting where the water is Four Loko, everyone lives in a stump, kids are punished with the "time-out bag," and crawfish are the main food source.

* Paw Paw tries to use scullywug skin to make Hardwon a scuba suit. [[note]] The best part is, there is absolutely no context for this; Emily and Jake had discussed this idea off-stream and completely forgot to bring it up in an actual episode so the characters just suddenly bring up a scuba suit. * While relaxing in Lydia's Shadowfell mansion, Moonshine bakes a tuna cake to celebrate Balnor's first "card day." It's as bad as it sounds. Then Balnor eats the candle.
* The Boobs and Tonathan try to convince a red dragon working with Gith pirates to switch sides. The dragon refuses because he co-signed a lease with the Gith.
** Also worth noting that Hardwon spends the entire battle being carried by Lucanis, along with several hours afterward.
* Salas the Githzerai's standard breakfast of a sixty-egg omelet.
** "Clear eyes. Full hearts. Sixty eggs."

!!The Hellfire Chronicles

* Upon learning that gnolls have a god, Beverly remarks that it's probably called "Crunchwrap" or something.
* When the gang arrives to recruit Mavrus for their battle against the Tarrasque, he's trying to BS his way through his first class as professor by re-enacting the "tear up the book" scene from Film/DeadPoetsSociety. Unlike Robin Williams, he clearly has no idea where he's going with the act, and is audibly relieved when the Boobs show up with an excuse to skip town.

* Moonshine has Paw Paw write several letters for her. Paw Paw can only write the letters 'M' and 'O', leading to Beverly quietly writing the actual letters for the party.
* Paw Paw is a great legal mind, complete with an 80's businesswoman suit.
* The spirit guardians of the Queenshammer (specifically Coldain) become increasingly annoyed that they're always summoned for battle when they want a hot tub party.
