* Meowser is the only version of Bowser that can be used in the ''VideoGame/SuperMario3DWorld'' style, and he's the FinalBoss of story mode. Add the lack of any regular "Bowser" in the 3D world style, and it's safe to assume his animal instincts may have completely taken over him.

* Yeah, it's a shame that the Mystery Costumes are gone, but their omission makes sense when you think about it. 153 is massive enough for the original ''VideoGame/SuperMarioMaker'' so adding to that collection for this game would be overkill. Even condensing the costumes or keeping the same amount might not help, since a lot of them were Mario, Luigi, Toad, Toadette, and other versions of all of them. These four characters are already playable in this game, so I'm sorry to say that removing the Mystery Costumes may have been for the best.
