* A funny fridge brilliance comes from Waon. Her name is actually a really slight modification of a dog's bark. And when Hibiki needs her for something, she whistles and Waon arrives. Like a person calling their dog.

* [[spoiler:If her surprised expression when she hears from the other Pretty Cure that Mephisto is brainwashed is any indication, then Ako genuinely thought that her father was evil. Meaning that she was fighting Mephisto without knowing he could be saved]].

* The reason Hummy and the Fairy Tones always stay with Hibiki is not a form of favoritism. Hibiki's father is very busy and is rarely home while her mother is always out of the country; as such it's definitely easier to hide the Fairy Tones, especially since Hibiki lives in a rather large house. Kanade, on other hand, lives in her family shop with her father, mother and brother, and they have several customers as well. Far harder to hide the fairies from so many people.
** Then there's also the more heartwarming reason: so that the fairies will keep Hibiki company when she's alone.

* [[spoiler: Cure Muse uses the two Fairy Tones that represent the highest-pitched tones to transform and attack. This is fitting because she's the youngest of the Suite Cures and thus has the highest-pitched voice herself.]]

* Many people criticized Mephisto's reasoning for wanting to fight the Pretty Cures, but this post by a livejournal user, Curekun, elaborates on this quite well:
-->The aim of the villains - to make everyone feel sorrow - is definitely not weak; a world without music, happiness, the will to go on, etc. would be so much easier to conquer and rule than a world filled with aspirations, determination, and hope. To sing the Melody of Sorrow is the ultimate weapon to bring down humanity's ability to resist as seen multiple times throughout the series (practically every episode.)

! FridgeBrilliance
* At first I was wondering why the series often talked about [[AssPull "miracles"]], particularly towards the end. Then, it hit me: "miracle" (kiseki, 奇跡) and "trails" (kiseki, 軌跡) are homonyms in Japanese. One of the recurring motifs of the series is trails of rainbow-colored piano keys. One might wonder [[spoiler:just what Hummy referred to when the Cures got their [[SuperMode Crescendo forms]]: the fact that they're miracles; or that they're about to do Suite Session Ensemble attack, which creates trails of rainbow-colored piano keys?]]
* The names of the Cures. They're some of the primary components of music: melody, rhythm, and beat. [[spoiler:Muse is the OddNameOut, but she's named after the Greek Goddess of Music, which also doubles as FamilyThemeNaming as Mephisto and Aphrodite are named after mythical beings as well.]]

! FridgeHorror
* [[spoiler:Noise's ability to petrify things so they won't make sound, living or not. If TheMovie is any indicator, chances are the living beings who are being petrified are still conscious. AndIMustScream much? And that's only the incomplete version.]]
