** Luffa's cartoonish ability to shrug off or negate injuries, even ones that should be lasting, causes a minor bit of Fridge hilarity in hindsight. Luffy fixed his noticeably-broken tooth on Whole Cake island by drinking some milk, as milk is good for bones. With his fruit's true ability revealed, it was clearly an aspect of its powers operating under the reasoning that it'd be funny for Luffy's dumbass idea to work. The extra funny comes from remembering Luffy's fight with Arlong way back in East Blue, and how the latter boasted of his ability to regrow his teeth in seconds, should luffy prove capable of shattering his prized bite, as anther reason why Fishmen were inherently superior to humans. Turns out, Luffy actually can do the same thing after all!

*** Come ch 1089 and the view of the erased Lulusia does indeed perfectly match Enies Lobby's own hole, confirming that whatever once stood there was something that Imu and the Five Elders wanted erased. However, the aftereffects of the attack also have a noticeable effect on the lore of the world. In 6 days after the island was removed, the worldwide sea levels rose by about one meter, rather than falling down as would be expected by a massive hole getting gouged out of the overall landmass. Furthermore, like Enis Lobby, the seas continue to not fall into the hole except near the top, implying that whatever the phenomenon is, it's acting as a consistent barrier that keeps the water away except at the topmost sea level. This behaviour is similar to a glass pole inserted into a half-full container of water, causing the overall water levels to rise by displacing the existing liquid, with the water only able to fall back because the "lip" of the pole is open. This implies that whatever the holes are, they are not just holes, and are not bottomless, with the sea water that falls in somehow getting displaced elsewhere to fall back into the sea in some unknown location, thus causing the overall water volume to remain consistent and forming an endless cycle of an eternal waterfall. This phenomenon may in fact be the very mechanism behind one of the Straw Hat's dreams. Depending on how many of these holes have been created, and in varied locations around the world, depending on what Imu wanted to target, should the "dumping ground" of each hole be in a similar location, it could very well be the reason behind All Blue, seawater and sealife from all the 4 seas getting transported to the same place -- and given their origin, it would furthermore make sense for All Blue to be unfindable, given how the World Government would not wanted any records of hints of their past actions to be found.
*** The bizarre tidal actions of the seas around Enis Lobby -- Long ring Island's seasonal receding tides and the Aqua Langua -- make further sense if the phenomenon behind Enis Lobby's hole was causing them, acting as a massive barrier/displacement in the ocean currents that influenced the tidal flows, again showing just how far-reaching the consequences of Imu's actions are and how they are likened to a God on earth, that the after-effects would have generational impacts on unrelated islands.

** There's no guarantee that the usual "2 Devil Fruits = instant death" rule would even work on a monster like Big Mom - Bege saw, alongside the rest of the world, that Blackbeard survived the acquisition of the Quake-Quake Fruit and became an immensely larger threat from it, all due to his strange biology. While we don't know exactly what about his body let him do that...Big Mom has an unusually strong and durable body too, right? So to Bege, it could potentially just make her even more dangerous rather than kill her, now that he knows there are people out there able to use two DFs at once.

** This revelation brings explanation to the longstanding running gag, even since the first half of the series, of characters pointing out to Luffy that, rubber or no, his body shouldn't work the way he does. From Lucci pointing out that just making his arm a huge balloon wouldn't make it hurt only for it to become an actual giant's fist, to healing by eating meat or regrowing his tooth from drinking milk just because he saw it work for Brook, into the second half of the series where Gear Fourth breaks several Devil Fruit rules and outright defies the laws of physics -- it only makes sense if this was never how a rubber body actually worked, but how Luffy thinks a rubber body is supposed to work. No wonder nobody awakened the fruit in 800 years, they had to have had a proper understanding of rubber and thus never conceived of pushing its limits to reach its full potential the way Luffy did!

** Ehrm, it pains me to destroy your theory: the One Piece Wiki stated that the Hiso Hiso no mi allows Apis to understand animals and talk to them, but it gives her no power whatsoever over their will. So, she could ask a Sea King for passage, but whether it accepts or not is up to the beast.
*** The first troper was saying she would befriend them and get them to do all that, not control them.
*** Sorry again, but befriending something that sees you as a tasty easy little snack? Even in RealLife, making friends isn't really that easy, let alone giant fierce animals capable of destroying whole countries by themselves.
*** In real life, most animals are fairly docile and peaceful when not hungry or in danger. You leave them alone, they leave you alone. (There are definitely some exceptions, such as badgers and tigers, though.) One would presume the One Piece world's fauna works in a similar way. There have already been cases of powerful hostile animals turning friendly through someone able to communicate with them, such as the birds on the Torino Kingdom and Shirahoshi with the Sea Kings, so one wouldn't consider it beyond Apis's ability and her charismatic, gentle nature to convince the animals to come to her side. And if one can't be negotiated with, they can be forcibly put to one's side through triumph in battles, such as with Cerberus and Momoo. Apis doesn't seem to have that kind of personality, but a user of the Whisper-Whisper Fruit could conceivably do that with animals they've befriended.
** To be frank, what does any of this matter? Apis was the central character of a filler arc. In fact, her arc is not only non-canon, but it was also later directly contradicted by canon (Zoro not believing in dragons despite seeing them in this arc). This is probably why most fans seem to consider it the worst arc in the entire series.
*** Actually, there's a possibility that it's not contradicted by canon. Zoro stating that he doesn't believe in dragons happens in Punk Hazard. He encounters a dragon in the Warship Island filler arc. In between the two (but closer to Punk Hazard) is the Straw Hats' first visit to Sabaody, during which we actually see Zoro erasing his memory of Kokoro. Since he can apparently do that, I see no reason to assume that his not believing in dragons is a contradiction.
*** No comment on whether or not Zoro would or could have erased the memory of seeing dragons, but it is stated that he doesn't believe in the creatures before Punk Hazard -- he mentions it briefly during Thriller Bark, before fighting Ryuma.
*** Another point towards the non-canonicity of the arc: When confronted with the steel chains blocking the Merry, Zoro says he can cut through them. Then, suddenly, he has to try and figure out how to cut steel again while fighting Mr. 1 in Alabasta.

** The World Government's policy regarding the Void Century is to first censor as much information about it as they can, replacing it with their own propaganda to make it look like there's nothing worth researching to begin with. For example, while many people are aware of the existence of this "blank period" in history, they mistakenly believe that there simply isn't any archeological evidence about it left, and therefore that it's impossible to learn what happened during it. Since the Elder Stars can't destroy Nika due to its ability to "reincarnate", instead they spread lies about its powers, hoping that anyone who eats the fruit would believe that it was the relatively-useless "Gum-Gum Fruit", and not look further into what it actually does. If the Elders used excessive force against Gum-Gum users, people would reasonably assume that the Gum-Gum Fruit has some secret power that the World Government absolutely doesn't want anyone to have... Just like they don't want anyone to know about the Void Century, or the Ancestral Weapons.

* Law suddenly divulging his history with Luffy, like his bond with Corazon and how Doflamingo killed him, seems drastically out of character, given how aloof and secretive Law has been with his motivations from the beginning, until remembering that he was present in Marineford when Ace died. Now that there's no way for them to avoid a proper fight with Doflamingo, Law revealing his past, and particularly how Doflamingo murdered his own brother, is his way of giving Luffy even more of a motivation to hate and beat him.
