The thing is, Nate ''was'' wrong about this; the RealIsBrown look of TheDungAges is DatedHistory, and in fact, [[RealityIsUnrealistic people would have dressed quite colourfully, because even commoners liked not looking like dung]]. Of course, plate armour is anachronistic, but the way Nate dressed ''would'' have gotten him accosted as a leper or beggar.
