FNAF 3 is being billed as having 1 animatronic, but this troper bets Golden Bonnie can't be only threat in store for us.

* While some may find it disappointing that this game only has one animatronic to deal with, it actually makes a bit of thematic sense if you think about it timeline wise. FNAF 2 had 11 animatronics, FNAF had 5 animatronics, so (being an actual continuation of the first game) it'd only make sense that the number decrease once more in FNAF 3.

* The fate of the Animatronics (If any others are even still around) can be seen as this. Initially, they were designed to be family-friendly machines that would entertain children. However, due to a series of tragic events that were beyond their control (IE: Murders, mutilation, etc.), people's attitudes towards them changed drastically. And, now, they're essentially forgotten apart from various ghost stories and urban legends to the point where they've been reduced to a "haunted house" type attraction. Imagine going from being beloved and bringing joy towards others to being seen as nothing more than horrifying monstrosities.

* Golden Bonnie. Horrifying as he may be, he's also pretty tragic if you think about it. For one thing, he hisses rather than screams at you. But, instead of sounding angry or vicious, it sounds more like he's in horrible pain. It doesn't help that he also looks like he's been crudely stitched together from the parts of other Animatronics ([[spoiler:and supposedly has a human brain as well]]). Now, take into consideration we don't know if Golden Bonnie was just recently "made" or if he's always been part of the Fazbear Crew and had been forgotten until now. Just how long has he had to endure being like this?

* Building off of that, all of the creepy stitches and what looks like organs? They might just be fabricated to make this animatronic (designed for the attraction) more like a horror-movie creature, designed to make the legacy of the old bots even more terrifying.

* The classic animatronics were unnerving, sure, but this was an unintentional act of the Fazbear people. So why does this new one look so outright monstrous? Because it's a horror attraction now, and this new animatronic was fixed up to be horrific from the outset.

Either he planned this from the beginning (knowing the way he markets and feeds information about this series, that could well be the case), or it was just a happy accident.

However considering that the creature has only been revealed now leads to a bunch of unsettling questions. For example, how long has ''this'' been around? Why has it only ''now'' decided to appear? And worst of all, could this animatronic contain the corpse of Phone Guy, Purple Guy, or both?

FridgeHorror: Golden Bonnie seems to have much more expressive eyes then his predecessors. Then if you look closely you can see that Golden Bonnie has what looks like organs showing from the holes in the suit.
