The Lake Guardians, the Lunar Duo, the Sea Guardians, Shaymin, Heatran and Regigigas are unnaccounted for. However, among those, Cyrus only needs the Lake Guardians to form the Red Chain so he could catch Dialga and Palkia. And since the two are in the Smasher's possession, the Lake Guardians are now useless for Cyrus.
