* During the famous opera scene, Palpatine notably tells Anakin about Darth Plagueis, a Sith who was so powerful that he was able to cheat death and create life (until he was killed by his apprentice - Palpatine himself). Palpatine would later use this Sith magic to cheat death by resurrecting himself, as shown in ''Film/TheRiseOfSkywalker''.

** During the First Order's attack on D'Qar, the ''Fulminatrix'', a ''Mandator-IV''-class Siege Dreadnought, attacks the planet with a destructive laser blast that devastates the planet, similar to the Death Star's test on Jedha. In the next film, [[spoiler:it's revealed Palpatine has ''an entire fleet of Xyston-class Star Destroyers'' on Exegol that can destroy entire planets just like the 2 Death Stars, and that the Dreadnought itself was a test project for their axial superlasers]].

** At one point in the film, Rey falls into a cave on Ahch-To. She has a vision inside it, seeing infinite mirror copies of herself arranged in a line. This foreshadows [[spoiler: the revelation that Rey is the daughter of a clone (a genetic copy) of Emperor Palpatine and "in line" to his throne.]] In the same scene, when she asks the mirror cave to show her her parents, she is only shown her reflection. In the next film [[spoiler: it is revealed that her parents were murdered over a decade ago, and that she is truly alone and will never get to know them]].

** "[[Recap/StarWarsTheCloneWarsS2E10TheDeserter The Deserter]]" has Captain Rex encounter Cut Lawquane, a clone who deserted at the beginning of the war shortly after the First Battle of Geonosis. Rex chooses not to report Cut to the Republic. Ultimately, as revealed in ''[[WesternAnimation/StarWarsRebels Rebels]]'' and ''[[Literature/StarWarsAhsoka Ahsoka]]'', Rex ends up deserting the military at the very end of the war, although under very, very different circumstances.

Added the page's first example for Star Wars: The Bad Batch, namely for a plot point in S 2 E 14 that gets more context in the finale. Since The Clone Wars, Rebels, and Resistance were in chronological order, I did the same for The Bad Batch, but obviously it can be reordered as needed.

Added DiffLines:

* ''WesternAnimation/StarWarsTheBadBatch'':
** During "[[Recap/StarWarsTheBadBatchS2E14TippingPoint Tipping Point]]", Dr. Hemlock’s assistant, Emerie Karr, seems much more concerned for Crosshair’s well-being than any other Imperial character in the episode (and arguably, the series), to the point where she overrules Hemlock’s orders to keep torturing Crosshair until he talks, just so he doesn’t die in the process. Emerie also makes a few attempts, in this episode and "[[Recap/StarWarsTheBadBatchS2E12TheOutpost The Outpost]]" to get Crosshair to cooperate so he doesn't get hurt or killed. There are also several notable reaction shots of Emerie whenever Crosshair is being tortured or Hemlock is making anti-clone remarks. In addition, two episodes earlier, when Crosshair is first sent to Tantiss after killing Lieutenant Nolan, Emerie is the first non-clone trooper Imperial to refer to him by his preferred name, rather than his CT number. By the season finale, we learn that Emerie is a clone herself, which strongly suggests that her empathy towards Crosshair comes from discomfort in seeing a fellow clone be mistreated.

Horned Hairdo has been renamed into Devilish Hair Horns. Administrivia.Zero Context Examples and misuse will be removed. Examples must make a connection between a character's horned hair and their evilness/ them not being someone you should mess with/being an allusion to Satan/devils

*** Captain Argyus has a HornedHairdo when he's first seen with his helmet off.

** There's a blink-and-you'll-miss-it scene where Vader's putting on his black helmet and we get to see the fragile human head underneath his fearsome armor. This is the first sign that Vader still has a sense of humanity left in him, and wasn't an alien or an android. Subtle context clues such as this are part of what make ''Empire'' such a beloved entry among the ''Star Wars'' franchise.
