Christian "Chris" Homer Mulkey Jr. (born May 3, 1948) is an American actor. He is best known for his roles as Collier Sims on the Lifetime series Any Day Now and Hank Jennings on Twin Peaks. Among his other acting credits include roles in Murder, She Wrote, Bakersfield P.D., Runaway, Wing Commander IV: The Price of Freedom, Broken Arrow (1996), Radio, Cold Case, Saving Grace, Captain Phillips and Whiplash.
