Not foreshadowing, because it doesn't provide any clues to future events or reveals. We already know both Anna and Hans are trying to leave their pasts behind. What we don't know at this point in the movie is that Hans is only after the throne and not genuinely interested in a relationship with Anna, but this line isn't related to that.

** "Say goodbye to the pain of the past / We don't have to feel it anymore" not only represents how Anna is happy to leave her past behind, it also represents how Hans [[spoiler:is using his scheme to rid himself of the years of humiliation he suffered with his older brothers.]]

* When the Duke of Weselton admonishes Hans for wasting "trade-able goods" by giving them out to the people during the eternal winter, Hans snaps back at the Duke. But rather than calling the Duke out for his callousness, Hans instead affirms that ''he'' is now in charge. [[spoiler:This indicates that Hans is not such a NiceGuy underneath it all, and brings to mind his darker agenda.]]

Speculative and not foreshadowing. The film says Hans had three brothers who ignored him for two years before the song begins and that line is sung, and never says anything of whether his family's treatment of him tied into his scheme to become king.
