It's basically about this sociopathic serial killer named Alanna Petrov, a 29-30-year-old Estonian with both Russian and Hungarian bloodline, she suffers from a form of dwarfism called hypopituitarism that caused her to stay in the appearance of a young child for her entire life. Alanna was driven mad by her Father who abused her since she was a small child and she murdered him and his mistress in cold blood. Alanna becomes an eight-year-old girl named Mercy and tries to find herself a family so she can adopt the child and seduce the father. She is similar to Esther but slightly different. During her adventures, she meets a meek and sweet little Alyona and a cunning and ruthless serial killer named Constance who also has hypopituitarism. This story is quite interesting, sorry for the long description. Give it a shot.
