** Attempting to arrest a Beacon Academy Professor and conducting illegal military activities on Valean soil proves too much for the Vale Council and Ironwood. The result is the Atlas military force being kicked out of Vale.

However, its Justified as Summer conveniently arrived back on Remnant at the same time as the Electrical storm caused by the Crucible, Summer has be gone for over a decade and know knows what has happened to her, and Summer did technically destroy the Atlas robot force and Penny with the Crucible.
