In Part II, the War Doctor fights for the Time Lords, trying to defeat the Daleks and secretly looking for a way to depose the morally bankrupt President Rassilon and save the Time Lords from themselves. The War continues to grow throughout the multiverse and the paradoxes begin to spawn terrifying cosmic horrors.
