* {{Flashback}}: "It Started With A Dress" has a few, where Jaina recounts her encounter with an armoured adventurer who sold her some Third Age mage robes, and her adventures in the Kharidian desert, in which she’s sent to retrieve four special diamonds for the desert bandits, in order to free their trapped hero, who turns out to be Azzanadra.
** "First Snow" also features a few, with Azzanadra recalling the early days of his time in the empire and how he saw snow for the first time.
** "Vital Discussion" has a one that goes back to Jaina, the Guardians of Guthix, the Zarosians and Zilyana in Guthix’s resting cave, where they all argue over what to do next--leave Guthix be, wake him or kill him.
*** The same installment also has a few mini-flashbacks, in which Jaina remembers visiting Al Kharid with her father, the Lumbridge Swamp with her mother, and showing Zanik around Lumbridge.

** His response to the man even kissing Jaina on the forehead was to loudly call him out, then challenge him to a fight to prove him worthy, even though Henry’s outmatched.

His attempts to make breakfast in bed for Jaina involves him doing pretty much everything wrong that it is possible to do wrong- forgetting to put oil in the bottom of the pan for cooking fish (causing it to stick to the pan), throwing away the inner part of corn (the edible bit) and keeping the husk, not soaking beans before cooking them, not peeling garlic, and forgetting to put bread dough on a tray before putting it in the oven. At least he managed to not ruin fruit. And then there's his reputation in the empire.

* NoodleIncident: What happened to Sir Owen after [[http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/The_Death_of_Chivalry The Death of Chivalry]] quest. Since the sequel to that quest had yet to be released at the time of writing, the events that might have transpired are left to the reader's imagination so that he can appear in ''Gathering Secrets.'' It's not entirely ambiguous as to what happened, however--he did somehow lose an arm.

* PromotedToLoveInterest: Azzanadra, who’s [[spoiler: now married to]] Jaina. He’s not actually involved romantically with the PlayerCharacter in game, despite having great admiration for and a solid friendship with him/her, unless he/she [[RoaringRampageofRevenge sabotaged]] Zaros’ return.
