* WorldOfCardboardSpeech: Bakugou has ''not'' been taking Izuku's transformation well, and has been on the edge of a complete mental breakdown ever since he realized the MortonsFork it puts him in. And then we get to the USJ arc and the League of Villains shows up...
--> Bakugou was smiling.
--> He wasn’t just smiling; he was staring into the sky, every cord and muscle in his neck standing out, his reddened eyes pinpricks and his mouth stretched into a maniacal grin so wide it bared every glistening tooth in his head. If Bakugou had been of a mind to, he could have told Kirishima he wasn’t happy-- oh no, he wasn’t happy, he was in a state of psychotic euphoria. He was finally, at long last, in a place he’d only dreamed of being; in a debris-strewn battlefield surrounded by enemies and not a citizen or authority figure in sight. No bystanders. No possible collateral damage. ''And no freaking cute little ponies to get in his way.''

* IJustWantToBeSpecial: An interesting case. Momo is aware that to most people, her creation quirk is one of the most coveted you can get, especially since to most folks, the ability to create precious metals and gemstones could make them rich easily. However, as she points out, her problem is that almost everybody in her family has a quirk that could make a poorer man rich, so she considers her quirk redundant.

* DoesNotKnowHisOwnStrength: An issue that Izuku runs into with his pony forms is that he doesn't know precisely what he can do in said forms and as such as some trouble regulating power output with his abilities. This because each form has different powersets and baseline physical abilities, and he's so far never used the same form more than once.

* SuperPowerLottery: Aside from the usual suspects amongst the cast, Momo mentions her great grandfather who she claims won the lottery in terms of creation Quirks as he could create 'things that didn't exist before he made them' just by knowing what he was creating was supposed to be able to do and it's properties. Using his quirk he could make materials that were invaluable to science such as room temperature superconductors and never before seen alloys that he could sell for massive profit. His quirk was what allowed their family to become as wealthy as it is today.

!!''My Little Hero Academia'' provides examples of:

--> '''Izuku:''' They're going to be back, aren't they. And next time...
--> '''All Might:''' And next time, you'll be even stronger. Tougher. Smarter. Better trained. You already gave an accounting of yourselves they clearly never expected. You all have come through a crucible, and you came out ''shining''. You say they'll try again? I look at you all and say let them come. ''And let them beware.''

The ponies, Luna, in particular, set him straight.

* HowDoIShotWeb: Izuku starts off with no clue how his powers work after his transformation. He doesn't know what he can do as a pony and the ability to switch forms also proves troublesome as he not only doesn't know how that mechanic of his abilities works but also doesn't have prerequisite knowledge of the forms he takes so he doesn't know what they can do. He does start to get some understanding of his powers after Luna uses her powers to access his dreams so the ponies can speak with Izuku directly.

* SmarterThanTheyLook: Izuku has to remind himself that Mineta is one of the highest-scoring members of their class when he points out that the attacking villains, with their sheer numbers, probably didn't ''need'' to get into the security systems, and that it's more likely have a villain with a Quirk that can mess with electronics. He's proven right, BTW.

[[https://archiveofourown.org/works/19418092/chapters/46211104 My Little Hero Academia]] is a crossover by Creator/RalphHayesJr between ''Manga/MyHeroAcademia'' and ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic'', where Izuku is turned into a pony as an EmergencyTransformation by the Mane Six and Princesses after his attack against the Zero-Pointer fatally wounded him.
----
* BadassAdorable: Izuku is an MLP-style pony now and is the bearer of One For All in training to become a hero, this is a given.
* CovertPervert: Apparently Izuku liked the girls of 1-A petting his mane and ears more than he let on, and when Twilight contacts him in a dream, she ends up in a salacious schoolgirl outfit.
* CutenessProximity: A frequent result of Izuku interacting with others, especially his female classmates.
* DeathByAdaptation: Izuku, after unlocking his pegasus form, hits the Nomou with a lightning bolt so large that its head ''explodes'', killing it.
* DelayedReaction:
** It takes Aizawa awhile to wonder what Midnight was doing at his talk with Nedzu about Izuku's performance in his test.
** Uraraka reflexively grabs the Noumu's body when the villains try to escape with it and some of the downed cronies, but it's not until All Might congratulates her that she realizes that she's holding a dead body.
* DumbassHasAPoint: MINETA of all people is the first to wonder what Izuku suddenly turning from an Earth Pony into a Unicorn was prompted by, and ask what growing a horn has to do with his Quirk/why he would ''want'' to grow a horn.
* EmergencyTransformation: Izuku was turned into a pony because of his strain from using One For All to defeat the Zero-Pointer in this universe being even ''worse'' than in canon, to the point that it would have been ''fatal'' without the spell.
* {{Fanboy}}: Tokoyami is a big fan of Batman in this universe, even ''before'' he got his Quirk, though he'd never admit it.
* ForWantOfANail: The Princesses had considered granting the gift of alicornhood to Izuku, but All Might found him first. They kept an eye on him afterward, and when he defeated the Zero-Pointer, the wounds would have been fatal in this universe, prompting them to do it anyway as an EmergencyTransformation.
* FreakOut: Bakugo has several, due to being unable to handle Izuku's transformation. Perhaps the worst is when he realizes the below MortonsFork situation, where he screams "hate you" at the top of his lungs and fires ''both'' of his gauntlets at the ceiling at once.
* HeadDesk: When Bakugo sees Izuku's pony form for the first time he has a bit of a FreakOut and goes out into the hallway and bangs his head on the lockers.
* KilledOffForReal: Izuku's pegasus form manages to kill the Noumu by generating a lightning strike so powerful that its head ''explodes''.
* MookHorrorShow:
** When Aizawa makes Izuku fight a group of the entry test robots ''again'' after becoming a pony, once he realizes how to use some of One For All without hurting himself, his offscreen beatdown of them is so bad that the last one tries to flee.
** When he and Kirishima end up in the Earthquake zone, Bakugo is ''ecstatic'' and goes ''ballistic'' on the villains there. They didn't stand a chance. Later, Izuku says that they should probably save the villains from ''him''.
** When Tokoyami and Koji end up in the Storm/Monsoon zone, the former purposefully breaks the few streetlights and sets Dark Shadow loose on them, while the latter summons all the rats that he can find. Tokoyami notes later that they might need trauma counseling.
* MortonsFork: Bakugo, during the Heroes vs. Villains exercise, is all set to fight Izuku... until he realizes that he can't win. Despite Izuku's power, he's still a cute little pony, so if Bakugo loses he'll look terrible, but if he wins he'll look ''worse'' for beating said pony up. He does ''not'' take this realization well.
* MultiformBalance: The interaction of the Alicornification spell with One For All resulted in Izuku being able to switch between the different types of ponies, each with different strengths and abilities.
* PassThePopcorn: The Mane Six and the Princesses during their surveillance of Izuku.
* SeenItAll: There are so many weird Quirks and mutations out there that, after the shock and disbelief of Izuku's transformation into a pony (as well as some horror about him picking a fight with a giant robot on his own) and being filled in on One For All, Inko actually takes the situation fairly well. After all, as the narration points out, in that world the average person probably sees stranger things in a cafeteria lunch line. When Inko sees Izuku's cutie mark (the kanji for "HERO") and asks if words appearing on someone is a normal Quirk, All Might points out that another student has a word bubble for their head.
* ShipperOnDeck: Cadence apparently ships Izuku/Uraraka.
* SpitTake: The reaction to Izuku's fifty-meter dash test being "inconclusive" because he teleported.
* ThrowTheDogABone: Bakugo may be a jerk, but he has ''not'' been handling Izuku's transformation well, even by his standards, and it's fairly obvious to his classmates. But then the villain attack provides him with plenty of acceptable targets...
* WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes: Eraserhead turns out to have a phobia of horses from a childhood family vacation, which makes his reactions to Izuku... interesting.
* YourHeadAsplode: Izuku hits the Nomou with so much lightning at once that it does this.
