History Fanfic / Metastuck

* AccentuateTheNegative: By the Tumblr curator's own admission, there is a very strong tendency to play up the more negative qualities of each of the characters - MSPAF is obsessed with rules, canon and all things AndrewHussie, HSG is a perverse jackass, dA is a weeaboo, and Tumblr is obsessed with portraying herself as the victimised minority. There's certainly more to them than that which comes across every so often, but they even had to specifically run a series of posts saying the characters "aren't all bad" to elaborate on them.

The project primarily happens at [[{{Imageboards}} 4chan's Homestuck General thread]], and there is a Website/{{Tumblr}} blog posting all the related content. There is no particularly strong overriding story arc progression as of yet - the story is mainly told through art and occasional chatlogs between the four players. The focus seems to be primarily on building up the characters, their interactions with each other, and how that affects their gameplay.
