Ilsa may have been an adult, as she was a full-fledged Nazi, not just a member of the Hitler Youth. Meanwhile, Katya was young enough that she had to lie about her age in order to be able to serve in her country's military.

* AllCrimesAreEqual: The girls' various sins include murder, bullying, hate crimes, getting in gang wars, violating the Geneva Convention, attempting suicide as a cry for attention, and firing personal chefs for refusing to prepare a potentially poisonous dish. Apparently, whoever's in charge of sorting out dead souls in this universe didn't agree, because she went straight down to Hell after death.

* ItsAllAboutMe: When Chloé begs Mr. Sconce for a chance to redeem herself, he points out that she's still selfish because she only asked for that chance for herself and not for her classmates who are in the same predicament.

** Ilsa, the Nazi, represents Chloé's racism and bigotry (as shown in episodes like 'Kung Food').

** Luna, the gourmand, represents Chloé's contempt for workers and others she sees as 'lesser' than her.

* TheFundamentalist: Bethany was a hardcore Christian who relentlessly bullied her classmates for their "sins", claiming she was trying to save them from going to Hell. She bullied one girl who got pregnant and drove her to almost kill herself, but even then Bethany didn't back down, claiming that suicide was a sin too. The girl's brother got sick of it and [[KnightTemplarBigBrother murdered Bethany before she could keep hurting his sister]].

** Bethany was a holier-than-thou religious girl who bullied her classmates for sinning and almost drove one to suicide. When she didn't stop even then, she was killed by the girl's vengeful brother.
* KarmicTransformation: Played With. After becoming a demon, Chloé gains the ability to shapeshift, but the form she takes for her first mission upon returning to Earth is of a mousy girl with glasses and freckles, someone she would've looked down upon from when she was alive.

* AccidentalMurder: Luna wanted a chef who would prepare her a meal of fugu blowfish, which is lethally toxic when not prepared properly. She found one willing to do it, but he didn't prepare it correctly, and, well...you can probably guess what happened next.

* AccidentalTruth: When one of Bethany's classmates almost committed suicide due to her bullying, Bethany refused to stop and insisted the girl still needed to be shown the error of her ways, claiming that suicide was a sin too. Apparently it is, because Alessia went to Hell after cutting her wrists open as an attempt to guilt her parents into giving her what she wanted.

* AsTheGoodBookSays: Chloé's Alliance ring tells her she can't contact her Paris friends because 'the gulf between you is too great.' This is strangely florid for a 'cannot complete your call' message, but it is remniscent of the Biblical story of Lazarus and the rich man, where the rich man is damned and is told he cannot cross over to Heaven because of the 'great gulf' between them.

* DemonOfHumanOrigin: The ultimate fate of Chloé and the other students in the 'finishing school.'

** Chloé's demonic transformation also gives her pretty much everything she wanted in the canon series itself -- she has magic powers which rival even that of a Miraculous, she can hurt people all she wants with no real fear of being punished for it, etc. -- but she no longer wants those things (and in fact detests them) due to finally understanding the depths of her own sin and depravity. Unfortunately for her, it's too late for her to change, so she has to keep hurting people and ruining lives as she always has while feeling nothing but shame and self-contempt.

* LonelyFuneral: While Chloé doesn't get a funeral proper, it's mentioned that Zoé and Andre tried throwing a wake for her, but nobody showed up.

** Fatima was the stepdaughter of a general who worked for a dictator, and infiltrated many rebel groups online so she could give her stepfather their information, get them killed, and elevate their position. She ended up being killed by the dictator's nephew when he took over.

After Chloe Bourgeois gets [[Recap/MiraculousLadybugS05E23Revolution overthrown and evicted from Paris]], she finds herself in a strange finishing school which seems to accept only the cruelest and most monstrous girls as students. Chloe hates everything about it, from the bland and unsatisfying food to its enforced isolation which prevents her from calling people she knew back home. But as she learns the horrifying truth of her new institution, she soon realizes that petty creature comforts are the least of her problems.

** Chloe's fatal poisoning by Gabriel Agreste was set up to look like an allergic reaction. The police guess she deliberately ate something she was allergic to in the hopes of getting sick on the flight to New York, thus forcing the plane to turn around and land back in Paris so Chloe could stay there longer and rebuild her power base. They also think that Chloe's plan went awry when she ate too much of whatever she was allergic to and thus accidentally killed herself instead of just sickening herself.

** Alessia, the artist, represents Chloe's melodramatic tantrums and her willingness to cause massive problems to get what she wants, no matter how expensive or inconvenient for others.
** Ilsa, the Nazi, represents Chloe's racism and bigotry (as shown in episodes like 'Kung Food').
** Katya, the soldier, represents Chloe's zeal to inflict pain on others.
** Luna, the gourmand, represents Chloe's contempt for workers and others she sees as 'lesser' than her.
** Bethany, the fundamentalist, represents Chloe's willingness to exploit her privileged position and the power her social status gave her, no matter who it hurt.

* GhostAmnesia: After becoming a demon and being sent back to Earth to tempt humans, Chloe only vaguely remembers her previous life. She sees her former classmates watching a news report about her death and not feeling very sympathetic that she died, but has no reaction to it.
* HeelFaceDoorSlam: Chloe begs Mr. Sconce for one last chance, swearing that if they send her back to Earth she'll live a good and righteous life. Sconce, of course, says no.
