All of the Angel's Breath team against the dark Guild searching for the Unspoken Treasure, but none more so that Ryusuke vs. Delia.]]
* HeadbuttingHeroes: Ryusuke and Celeste really don't get along.
* HeroicBSOD: Ryusuke suffers a minor one after [[spoiler:losing to Delia]]
* HumansAreBastards: In Styles' mind, anyway. He also considers that HumansAreTheRealMonsters.
* KnightTemplar: Styles. Big time, he doesn't care how other people see his actions, so long as he believes they're right.
* MadeOutToBeAJerkass: Ryusuke suffers this after he'd had enough of Cyrus' Jerkassery during his HeroicBSOD. [[EasilyForgiven It doesn't last long, though.]]
* PragmaticHero: Ryusuke, without a doubt.
* SlidingScaleOfIdealismVsCynicism: Launching into the first major arc, this story seems to be leaning heavily towards cynicism. However, it's still early days, so it could yet become victim to ReverseCerebusSyndrome or become a CerebusRollercoaster.
