** The fact that this ''doesn't'' apply to Izuku is a major plot point in the story, because it makes him severely overpowered by ''My Hero Academia'''s standards. Priestess point-blank states that he's basically guaranteed to become the strongest hero in the world now and even apologizes to her fellow villains for causing this to happen.
