Spyglass had many deals with film studios, first they signed a distribution deal with Creator/{{Disney}} for a five-year agreement. However, the studio parted ways with Disney and tried signing a deal with Creator/DreamWorks. The deal fell through and later ended up signing a distribution agreement with Creator/SonyPictures.[[note]]Before that, their output was distributed by many other companies in the US and selected international territories such as [[Creator/{{Paramount}} Paramount Pictures]], [[Creator/TwentiethCenturyStudios Fox]], Creator/WarnerBros and Creator/{{Universal}}[[/note]] In 2010, Barber and Birnbaum became co-presidents of Creator/MetroGoldwynMayer, leading Spyglass's operations to be scaled back with its last film being released in 2012.
