David Ida Pond is an heiress to the Creators/PondDynasty, and the only female Pond writer yet. Inspired in third grade, she became a {{haiku}} writer and continues to write haikus now, along with other poems. Pond is very much a transcendentalist, much like the rest of her dynasty.

Pond was born interprovincially in 2008 to poet and songwriter Creator/PatrickPond, known for performing on paddlewheelers on the St. John river, and a private Fredericton piano teacher. Expecting a boy, they prepared to name her David. David led a very flippy life as a troublemaker with deeply transcendentalist views of freedom, or the "spirit of '76". She endured many detentions for writing haikus on desks. Pond once said she lived by two rules: "1. No rules. 2. Flip your hair."

One of her most famous poems is ''DILWID' (2022).

Pond first published her haikus at 13 while in love.

Pond has released one {{poetry}} book so far, ''Life And Loons At Lake George'' (2022).
