Robert Warren Woodruff (August 18, 1961) is an American tv journalist who works for Creator/{{ABC}} News.
He was briefly an anchor on ''Series/ABCWorldNewsTonight'' with Creator/ElizabethVargas before being wounded by a roadside bomb in UsefulNotes/{{Iraq}} and has since recovered.
Due to his experiences with the head injuries as a result of the attack, he established the Bob Woodruff Foundation to help veterans and other with head injuries.
He is not related to tv journalist Creator/JudyWoodruff.
