Alun Lewis, born Alun Lewis Bennett, (1949), is a British actor best known for playing Darryl Stubbs in ''Series/BirdsOfAFeather'' and Vic Windsor in ''Series/{{Emmerdale}}''.

His first acting experience came in early 1968, when he appeared in ''Zigger Zagger'' with the National Youth Theatre in Zigger Zagger. After training at RADA, he appeared in the film ''Le Pétomane'' in 1979.

In 1989, he was cast as Darryl Stubbs, Tracey's bank robbing husband on ''Birds of a Feather''. He stayed with the show for the first six series, however when he was unable to return to ''BOAF'' for Series 7 due to his commitments on ''Emmerdale''. The role of Darryl was [[TheOtherDarrin recast]] with Douglas [=McFerran=], who proved unpopular with fans, leading to Darryl becoming TheGhost from Series 8 onwards.
