Batman is hiding a deep, dark secret. A mysterious universe, hidden away from all, is about to be uncovered. Its purpose is unknown, but its connected to the mysterious and powerful Nth Metal used by ComicBook/{{Hawkman}}. And now, the Justice League is about to learn of this secret and prepare for the worst.

The event kicks off with two one-shots: ''Dark Days: The Forge'' and ''Dark Days: The Casting''. This will lead into the ''Dark Universe'' imprint of comics connected to the DC Universe.
