Ironically, in the dub, "son of a bitch" is what said brother calls Toguro when he does this. He also kills Gonzo Tarukane by literally kicking him in the back of the head, decapitating him in the process, and later goes on to murder the rest of the Black Book Club when they attempt to interfere with Sakyo's plan. Given that Tarukane and the BBC were corrupt, ruthless billionaire gangsters who had been exploiting and tormenting demons for profit, there's not much room for pity towards their gruesome demises.
