In the anime, he replaces Mr. Goodsight as being important to the Sproink scenario though in this case it quite thankfully did not involve his underwear...
* SatelliteCharacter: He only tends to appear sparingly and when he does, it's usually either to further the plot to be a running gag. While he does have his own personal motivation to a certain degree in his first appearance in the anime, his actions ultimately proved to be more important than himself as a character and the second time he appeared, he again had his own motivations and actions, but they again only served as a means to a resolution that was ultimately more important than himself, with Enduriphant ultimately overshadowing him.
