* EyeScream: In Wonder Woman Volume 2 #175 she tropples Giganta by punching Giganta in the eye while Moster Girl and Empress [[GrievousHarmWithABody use Sylph]] to tie Giganta's angles together. This has the added benefit of causing Giganta to fall on Mustang Sally.

* ProgressivelyPrettier: Cassie Sandsmark starts off as a thin lipped, baggy eyed, pencil necked, flat chested kid but develops into a bombshell. ''Some'' of this is justified by more regular excercise, better sleep habits and puberty.

* RecognitionFailure: During Circe's campaign to destroy New York in ''The Witch And The Warrior'' arc, Cassie Sandsmark is among those who show up to stop it, and despite being a Wonder Woman fan fails to recognize persistent Wonder Woman foe Giganta, calling her "Bigga". To be fair, Oracle also fails to recognize Giganta and Oracle's computer stalls out when she tries to find a match in her database. Giganta by contrast immediately recognizes "Wonder Girl" in spite of Cassie having yet another outfit.
* RedIsHeroic: Most of her costumes use red. While the first two were primarily black even her the first costume had a sliver of red on it and is depicted with red shorts by some artists.

* WeakSauceWeakness: During the Pre-Flashpoint continuity, her weakness is that she can have all of her powers taken away on command by her mother. Regardless of continuity, Cassie consistently doesn't have whatever Wonder Woman's weakness might be, having some completely different drawback. Before becoming "goddess of truth" Wonder Woman was initially vulnerable to piercing and cutting attacks, but Cassie was never particularly bothered by them, for example.

* BoxingLessonsForSuperman: Post Crisis, Diana of Themyscira is unimpressed with Cassie Sandsmark's combat skills. Diana would train her if Hellena wasn't arguing against it, if Diana's body didn't start turning back into clay, if she being too busy dieing/dead thanks to Neron, but since she can't Diana assigns Artemis of Bana-Mighdall to the instruction of Cassie. It's happy times for Cassie, as Diana also pushes Cassie's friend Kara Zor-El into training with Artemis. Rebirth Cassie [[MythologyGag doesn't even need any pushing to learn from Artemsis, but Rebirth Artemis doesn't have the patience for Cassie.]]

Added DiffLines:

* ObliviouslySuperPowered: Cassie Sandsmark thinks all of her special powers come from The Silent Armor and War Bracelets, even as she's using the Silent Armor's life draining tendril she ripped off to kill a man who stole it from her and was successfully managing to control it.

Ares doesn't care what Cassie does with the title or perks that come with it, he just wants the recognition from his sister. * {{Hypocrite}}: Her [[HeadbuttingHeroes constant bickering]] with Rose Wilson was the result of Rose betraying the Titans after her father Deathstroke drugged Rose into an AXCrazy DaddysGirl. No matter what Rose did, Cassie was not willing to give her a second chance. Meanwhile, when Bombshell, a former Titan who freely chose to betray and subsequently attempted to kill the Titans, asked to be let back on the team, she gets a second chance from Wonder Girl and the other Titans. As Rose points out, it's telling that she let someone who betrayed the Titans out of their own free will back on the team, something even Bombshell acknowledges, while denying her, who only betrayed the team due to her free will being taked away, a second chance, too.

* LethallyStupid: After Diana gets a job at Hellena Sandsmark's museum in Gateway City, Cassie quickly establishes why Hellena's been having a hard time with her and what Diana can expect going forward [[GenreBlind when Cassie wakes up]] a {{golem}} that proceeds to rampage. Cassie's first three as "Wonder Girl", first to even the odds for Wonder Woman and Champion against synthoids of Sinestro, Doomsday and Barry Allen, then against the monster Decay, ends up hinder the heroes more than it helps them. Diana is eager to give Cassie some proper training, figuring it will make Cassie less of a nuisance and give her an outlet for her energy, but Hellena strongly disagrees and forbids it until Zeus gives/restores Cassie's innate powers.

* TheUnchosenOne: When she first debuted. Unlike Donna or Diana, there was nothing inherently special about Cassie: she just really liked Wonder Woman, and was bold enough to track down Zeus and ask him for superpowers. This was retconned after a few years, however (much to the annoyance of her creator, John Byrne).

* ALighterShadeOfBlack: Cassie is a kleptomaniac who will kill her foes if pushed to it, but is not an indiscriminant LifeDrinker like the Silent Armor and put it on to keep it undercontrol, as it is capable of moving on its own and attacking people otherwise. The Silent Armor itself is less of a threat than Trigon, only trying to drain enough LifeEnergy to stop him.
* AchievementsInIgnorance: Cassie had no idea that she was a demigoddess and that The Silent Armor was [[IneffectualSympatheticVillain actively trying and failing to take her life force]]. Trigon finds this amusing, but only taunts Cassie about knowing more about who she is than Cassie herself does. It's not until Cassie meets Cassandra and Diana that she gets some straight answers, though Trigon does inspire Cassie to go on a futile seach for an explanation on her own before then.

* CompositeCharacter: This version of Cassie's Wonder Girl uniform borrows heavily from Donna Troy's pre-Flashpoint aesthetic; Donna wore a red jumpsuit, metal on both her upper and lower arms before Cassie did, and the starry field fabric, all before Cassie did, but Cassie's the first to style all three at once.

* AchievementsInIgnorance: Cassie had no idea that she was a demigoddess and that The Silent Armor was actively trying and failing to take her life force. Trigon finds this amusing, but only taunts Cassie about knowing more about who she is than Cassie herself does. It's not until Cassie meets Cassandra and Diana that she gets some straight answers, though Trigon does inspire Cassie to go on a futile seach for an explanation on her own before then.
