* OurElvesAreDifferent: Atypical of most depictions of different elf races, they're not antagonistic toward each other anymore and have been on friendly terms for centuries. It's even possible for light and dark elves to be twins, like the case of Rosalinde and Eltolinde. This is apparently due to a quirk of elf genetics where instead of acquiring traits from both parents, the children of a mixed race elf pairing are either a light or dark elf entirely.
