No point in building up an elaborate explanation for a name that doesn't get used in the at all just because it has an association with "Chad"
Changed line(s) 73 (click to see context) from:
* MeaningfulName: "Chad" is stereotypically associated with douchey, entitled frat-bro types. Needless to say, he upholds his name's reputation to a T. Neatly expanded upon with Allison. "Chad" is stereotypically paired with "Stacey", a pretty but dumb girl who worships the ground "Chad" walks on. Chad thinks this will be Allison, for whom none of the tropes apply and he doesn't get anywhere close to a relationship with her. Allison is NOT Stacey, regardless of what Chad wants.

mis-use: the trope is about a film showing a ridiculous amount of blood splatter. It's about actually seeing the blood spray, not about the implied messy aftermath of a cabin explosion. Also this is a story trope not a character trait.

Last part is YMMV. While the audience was expected to realize that the cabin was the home of a homicidal maniac and the spiked beam was a death trap, Tucker and Dale, in keeping with their established naivete, just saw it as another broken thing to fix and given how quickly things went into chaos, their not fixing it is completely justified. Are they responsible? Maybe, maybe not, but the observation isn't really needed to justify the trope.
