Sakuna Memoir was very quick to abandon Inverse Moon and choose to protect Komari after knowing her for around two days. Nelia Cunningham grew to like her after the two of them had a conversation back when they were children. Even Millicent, while never fully letting go of her hatred, grew to respect Komari.

* SubordinateExcuse: She became Komari's maid because she wanted to be close to her and help her build confidence in herself.

* BadassAdorable: She's an extermely cute and lovable girl, but one mustn't underestimate her since she become a Crimson Lord by showing her strong magic power and her Core Implosion can turn almost anyone into her puppets.

* CrazyPrepared: Empress Karen had her infiltrate some other nations to kill some important figures in order to use her Core Implosion on them, effectively turning them into sleeper agents that she can activate when the time is right. [[spoiler: This comes to great use during the war against Gerra-Aruka, when Pascal had anticipated Nelia's betrayal and set up an ambush, only for Sakuna to counter this ambush by activating her Core Implosion, causing it's leader to turn around and slaughter his own men instead.]]

* JerkassHasAPoint: Downplayed, but her animosity towards both Komari and Sakuna due to their ranks as Crimson Lords are justified, at least from the point of view of an outsider. The first was a shut-in for three years until the Empress gave her the rank out of nowhere, with no publically known accomplishments to justify this, and she clearly can't properly discipline her own soldiers. The second only got her rank by killing her superior by accident, and her meek and shy personality makes her inadequate for a rank that involves leading bloodthirsty soldiers into war.

* NotSoStoic: During Volume 4, [[spoiler:Karla is framed for the crime of killing her family by her rival Karin, and turns the public against her. This already angers her greatly, but it is the aftermath where she burns down Karla's shop in front of their eyes that she drops the calm facade. Not helping are the passerbys and news reporters who take the opportunity to kick Karla when she's down.]] Seeing the horrible way, they treat her master at that point in time is enough for Koharu to break her calm and would have attacked them in a fit of anger had Vill not held her back.
