When Orolaan retreated from Joneus' fight, the monster was kidnapped by Royger's forces to be transformed into a more feral form against its will.

* AchillesHeel: Literally; Orolaan doesn't like the underside of its front right feet to be touched, deeming it sensitive. Fedelico relay it to Hikari in his final moments.
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: Royger had his men kidnapped Orolaan from Fedelico and convert it into a feral monster.
* {{Cyborg}}: It was originally an elastic monster that eventually implanted with a mechanical computer to its brain to ensure loyalty to Royger alone.
* AnIcePerson: The original Orolaan is capable of exhaling freezing breath. Its power has been doubled after its brainwashing by the Heller Army.
* MercyKill: Since Orolaan is beyond saving and Fedelico being dead, Joneus decided that the only mercy left for the monster was to kill it.

* RubberMan: The original Orolaan has a flexible body texture, allowing it to elongate its neck and turn into a space saucer on its own. This ability was lost after being brainwashed by the Heller Army.

A group of aliens that formed an alliance with the Heller Army, demanding 1/3 of planet Earth if they succeeded. Their force consist of their own saucers, the monster Giros and finally the fake Joneus robot.

After initially assuming that this Ultra may be Elek or Loto, Hikari was shocked to discover him being Joneus. Of course, Hikari correctly deduced that this giant is an impostor of yet another plans made by the Heller Army.

One day, a capsule was discovered on outer space as the Defense Army brought it to their base, unaware that it was another half of the teleportation device purposely sent by the Heller Army. Using it, the army try to send their Dostony monster to Earth, but the Science Guard Party Monki accidentally get into the device and forcefully combined into Monki-Dostony. To solve this problem, the Heller Army used the Dostony 2 to bring their fused unit 1 back to their base, forming Neo Dostony by separating Monki and replaced it with the aforementioned second unit. The fused monster was quickly sent to attack the Defense Army's base.

To solve this problem, the Heller Army used the Dostony 2 to bring their fused unit 1 back to their base, forming Neo Dostony by separating Monki and replaced it with the aforementioned second unit. The fused monster was quickly sent to attack the Defense Army's base.

* EvilCounterpart: A self-inflicted example, the Heller Army are originally U40 citizen themselves, thus making it a case of the U40 Ultras fighting their former comrades (and possibly their flesh and blood) to reclaim their planet and liberate the entire universe from Heller's grip.
* FallenHero: The members of Heller Empire were originally U40 citizens who share their believes with Heller regarding immortality. It only gets messier from that point that it eventually became a full-scale civil war 10,000 years later.

The main antagonist of ''The Ultraman'' since episode 37 and the de facto leader of Heller Empire and its armies. After being banished into the dark nebula with his 3,000 supporters, Heller sworn to have his revenge by building his empire. After invading his former home planet, Heller decided to expand his conquest to the entire galaxy by invading countless planets, with Earth as his next target due to Joneus' presence over there.

* AmbitionIsEvil: His initial goal was to only invade Planet U40 as a revenge, but he expanded his conquest to conquer other innocent alien planets and forcefully conscript some of the alien forces under his leadership.
* BigBad: He is the de facto ruler of Heller Empire and is effectively the major villain in the series.
* BlondesAreEvil: His hair color is yellow like Amia and Loto, but is actually an evil dictator and conqueror.
* DarkIsEvil: His black uniform only serves to complement his presence as a tyrant ruler.

* FallenHero: Although having long discarded his Ultra Humanoid form, Heller is still considered an evil Ultra on his own right, making him a progrenitor to the real evil Ultras like [[Series/UltramanTiga Evil Tiga]] and so on.
* FatalFlaw: Overconfidence. He trapped the Great Sage into a data disk and exploited the Ultra Mind as a power source to his turret while gloating that he has the advantage in the battle. What he fails to realize is that Joneus and the other great 7 Ultras were proven stronger beyond his defenses and his own forces many times. When Joneus managed to attack his entire Heller City, it signals Heller into making an exit, even if it means abandoning his own supporters.
* FauxAffablyEvil: At first glance he looked like a normally composed dictator, but when things gone south, he was quick to drop this facade.
* GalacticConqueror: His current position in the Heller Army, predating even the currently famous [[Franchise/UltramanZero Ultraman Belial]].
* ImmortalityImmorality: For someone who claims to shed his Ultraman form over immortality, Heller has degraded himself into a tyrannical ruler and conqueror.
* ItsAllAboutMe: The entire Heller Empire exist to only satisfy Heller alone. He even orders the attack on Earth and other planets despite their zero involvement in his banishment, all for the sake to throw his tantrum over being banished from his home world prior.
* KnightOfCerebus: The first half of the anime lacked a major antagonist, but by the second half and his army making their debut in episode 37 fits the mold as a more serious threat Hikari and Joneus face.
* LackOfEmpathy: He unleashes a full scale attack on Earth after fearing that mankind would team up with the U40 Ultras to stop him, killing as many innocents along the way. He even extends this callousness to his own soldiers, treating them as cannon fodder just to satiate his ego.
* NamesToRunAwayFromVeryFast: His name is Heller, as in he and his army bring a metaphorical "hell" in their conquests.
