In the episode ''Punch Drunks'', Moe takes advantage of this situation and advertises Curly as the next great boxer. If the fellas happened to be paired off against a bunch of thugs, the fight usually ended with Curly knocking everyone out himself (this sometimes included Larry and Moe).
