* AmbiguousSpecies: While most of the villains in the show are mutated animals (Mojo Jojo), demonic abominations (HIM) regular humans that use specialized gadgets (Princess Morbucks), or humans with supernatural powers (the Gangreen Gang and Sedusa), Fuzzy is... a strange creature. * ArchEnemy: He is the most reoccurring villain in the show, and came close to defeating the Powerpuff Girls several times. He serves as a foil to them, combating their "ultra superpowers" with his genius intellect. He was also created by the same accidental spill of chemical X that created the girls (an accident he caused no less). The movie reveals that he was the first super villain the girls ever encountered, inadvertently inspiring them to become superheroes when he first tries to take over Townsville.
