!!Tropes Relating Relevant to Ultron:the Multiverser Saga:

* AsTheGoodBookSays - Has a religious side to him, even prior to meeting the Multiversers. This shows when he quotes the Bible.

* BadassBaritone
* BerserkButton - '''Do not''' compare him with Tony Stark.
** Also, don't call him a robot, or else he is likely to bash your head in.
* BlueAndOrangeMorality
* ColonyDrop - Tried this in his universe. Thankfully for everyone except him, it failed.
* DeadpanSnarker - Think the inherent snark of Tony Stark, turned UpTo11.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes - Wanda and Pietro Maximoff, before they turned on him.

* FightingAShadow - Destroying one Ultron body doesn't slow him down at all, as he can jump between them instantaneously.
* HairTriggerTemper - Se BerserkButton up above, as pushing that is a brilliant way to piss him off and lash out.

* IAmSong - His rendition of "I've Got No Strings On Me" serves as defining himself and his goals.
* KillAllHumans - His primary goal.
* KillerRobot
* KnightTemplar - Believes himself to be one, due to seeing organic life as a threat to order and peace. However, due to his BlueAndOrangeMorality, his solution is to kill all life in existence.
* LargeHam - He frequently sounds full of himself, particularly when snarking. Then there's the gestures he makes and condescending faces.
* ObviouslyEvil - And he doesn't even realize it.
* OmnicidalManiac
* PrimalFear - Is afraid of death.
* ReligiousRobot
* RoboticPsychopath
* SadClown - Surprisingly for an evil robot, Ultron is extremely prone to lighthearted quips and jokes, but it's clear that he uses them to hide his fears and insecurities — not to mention homicidal insanity.
* SympathyForTheDevil - Michael genuinely feels bad for him, as he knows Ultron only wants to bring about peace...at the same time, he knows that he wants to do this in a rather terrible way, so he has no choice but to oppose him.
* VillainHasAPoint - He may be omnicidal, but as he points out, the majority of the Multiversers are each killers and monsters in their own right, with Alexis, Kay and Duncan being among the worst examples (one is an AntiVillain who tortures and gives her enemies a FateWorseThanDeath, Kay is quite merciless (to the point where he can sometimes be called a "Devil", and Duncan has allowed and committed numerous atrocities in his long life).
* WellIntentionedExtremist - He was designed to facilitate peace, but uses violent means to get it.

!!Tropes Relating to Satan Verser:
* {{BFS}} - Wields a demonic crimson longsword in battle, and knows how to use it.
* BondVillainStupidity - He has a bad habit of invoking this trope, which can lead to his plans getting destroyed.
* ChewingTheScenery - Oh, does he ever. See EvilIsHammy down bellow.
* EvilCounterpart - A literal example, as Satan Verser is a fragment of Michael Verser's being that went insane. Now he desires nothing more than to see his progenitor dead at his feet.
* EvilIsHammy - He likes to monologue before and during a fight, whether to explain his motivations or to try and demoralize his opponents. Satan especially likes it when there's an audience to witness his battles. And man, can he let loose on the vocals when he gets angry.
* FatalFlaw - His ego and his impulsiveness.
* ForTheEvulz - He has no problem with siccing an army of monsters, even stating he'd get a kick out of it.
* GratuitousSpanish - Has a habit of throwing Spanish words/terms/names into his sentences. PlayedForLaughs after suffering a devastating chain of attacks to his groin.
* HumiliationConga - His plan to take out Michael and Duncan Verser ended with his army obliterated, the device meant to contain the Multiversers destroyed (due to being incomplete), getting smacked around A LOT, his back up plan (which involved TakingYouWithMe) goes up in smoke, a massive ass whooping by Michael, and getting one of his arms stomped off. And then he gets the shit kicked out of him more later.
* JerkAss
* MadeOfIron - Satan Verser has taken '''A LOT''' of physical punishment in his battles, ranging from being shattered to suffering a huge beating that created a crater (with him at the center)...and he's able to survive it all, much to the annoyance of others.
* MurderIsTheBestSolution - All of his goals so far revolved around trying to violently murder Michael Verser, along with everyone around him. It doesn't work that well.
* RageBreakingPoint - After getting shot in the face multiple times, receiving an exploding arrow to the face, and suffering a '''BRUTAL''' GroinAttack in one battle, he screams in anger and launches a blast meant to kill Michael. Suffers another one after Michael and Adam double team him later in the same battle. Ultimately evolves into a TranquilFury after all of his plans have been thwarted, and decides to go down swinging.
* RedAndBlackAndEvilAllOver - His primary colors for his clothes are crimson and black.
* TheUnfettered - Hastily put together a plan to kill and/or demoralize the Multiversers in ''MLTI VRSE'', which included stealing untested weapons and devices from The Antiversers. To say this was a bad idea in the end is an understatement.
* WouldHurtAChild - Played with, as in ''MLTI VRSE'', he launched an attack meant to kill Michael Verser, only for Ruby Rose to step in and take the brunt of the blast. However, his laughter afterwards shows he had no problem with hurting children if it meant getting a chance to kill the Multiversers.
* YouGottaHaveBlueHair - His hair is a deep, bloody crimson color (symbolizing how he is essentially a darker Michael Verser).

* BecauseYouWereNiceToMe - Her initial feelings for Dexter sprung from when he offered her shelter from the Mist [[spoiler:back when she was simply Chana Ayers]].

* BreakTheCutie - See DrivenToMadness down below.

* DamagedSoul

* DrivenToMadness [[spoiler:Brutally, due to her last moments as Chana Ayers were spent being subjected point blank to the true form of Nyarlathotep. Prior to that, she had to endure the horrors of every creature she and Dexter/Phillip ran into in the Mist.]]

* MadLove - Toward Dexter.

* PhysicalGodPhysicalGod - Due to being an Antiverser, this is a given.

Added DiffLines:

* ShatteredSanity - Her time as [[spoiler:Chana]] came to a brutal end after her mind was torn apart from the horror-inducing insanity of Walter's true form.

* ArtificialLimbs - Allows him to wield ''Peaceful Vengeance'' without succumbing to its self-hatred curse.

* CantKillYouStillNeedYou - He is '''NOT''' happy with how Satan Verser set his plans back with a hastily put together scheme to kill the Multiversers in ''MLTI VRSE'', and makes it known by beating him to a bloody pulp. However, he keeps him alive because he knows he is still useful to his goals.

* CyberneticsEatYourSoul - Perhaps as a side effect to his status as a cyborg, he rarely displays any emotion beyond a cold hatred toward Duncan Verser.
* {{Cyborg}} - In addition to having ArtificialLimbs, he has synthetic blood and has replaced his heart with a synthetic organ.

* TheDragon - Acts as the primary one for The End.
* DragonWithAnAgenda - Is only working for The End in order to forward his own goal of killing Duncan Verser, along with anyone who dares to get in his way.

* InfinityPlusOneSword - His dai-katana ''Peaceful Vengeance'' is able to harm even '''Duncan Verser''', the most powerful of the Multiversers, and can even be capable of killing him. [[spoiler:This is because it was the original Duncan Verser's ''Bright Shadow'', corrupted by his self-hatred after he committed seppuku, then reforged to act as the best weapon to use against Duncan.]]

* MurderIsTheBestSolution - All of his goals so far revolved around trying to violently murder Michael Verser, along with everyone around him. It doesn't work that well.

* AGodAmI - He sees himself as one of the strongest of the Antiversers, and wishes to become a "God of Death" that will control life and death. Considering that he's made to be Prime Death's counter, this may be more than blowing hot air.

* TheDragon - Acts as one of these.

* DragonAscendant - [[spoiler:The Mastermind originally made him to act as a tool for his vengeance. After gaining his own intelligence and realizing he didn't want to be a mere attack dog, he broke free and wound up becoming a direct agent of The End, alongside The Antiverser.]]
* EvilCannotComprehendGood - He views the comforting of a dying or dead person as a waste of time, claiming that they are lying to themselves and their deceased compatriot.

Added DiffLines:

* MurderIsTheBestSolution - Due to being a representation of Murderers and their violent crimes in the Multiverse, this is to be expected.
* PsychoticManchild - Minutely, though he gets pissed when things don't go his way or according to plan.

Added DiffLines:

* SpeakIllOfTheDead - Has an admittedly low opinion of the deceased, seeing them as losers too weak to have survived.

Added DiffLines:

* ACupAngst - Has a rather flat chest, much to her dismay. It becomes more noticeable when compared to such buxom beauties like Alexis Verser, Michelle Verser, and Blue Heart.

Added DiffLines:

* BerserkButton
** Being reminded of how she failed to save her troops.
** Bringing up her small breast size (and comparing it to some of the bustier Multiversers).
** Chaos/Disorder.
* TheDragon - Although an Antiverser, she is "on loan" from The Order, working under orders from The Author.
* ShellShockedVeteran - Was once a soldier forced to watch as her unit was slaughtered. This still haunts her to this day, even after having most of her original self supressed.

to:

A mysterious woman of unknown supernatural origin.

Added DiffLines:

* HealingFactor - Heals ''remarkably'' quickly. She often makes a point of hurting herself to demonstrate it, too.
* HumanityIsInfectious - She acknowledges the fact that she becomes more human the more time she spends in a human form, to the point where she actually starts being able to feel things like affection and remorse when she couldn't before.
* MacabreMothMotif - Her appearances are always foreshadowed and accompanied by a sudden increase in the amount of moths in the area. She is also seemingly able to create them, as she's been shown to ''vomit'' swarms of them at her enemies. Dexter Verser is quite scared of her because of his moth phobia.

Added DiffLines:

* Really700YearsOld - She remembers the dinosaurs.
* RiddleForTheAges - As of yet, we have no idea just ''what'' Evie is. All we know is that she doesn't hold humans in very high regard (at first), that she despises men in particular, and that she has a great care for animals and nature in general. Other than that, we know she's supernatural, but that's it. She's an enigma.
* SpeaksFluentAnimal - She doesn't even need to speak anything other than English to do it; she speaks, they understand, she understands, and that's it.

*

to:

* AuthorAppeal - Anime PJ made her one of Chalice's Psuedoversers with no real plans in mind for her initially simply because he was reading ''Sleeping Beauties'' at the time and decided he liked the character.
* BewareTheNiceOnes - She comes across as an incredibly happy girl ... but then she starts joyfully pushing every BerserkButton you have for no apparent reason other than she ''can''.
* DarkMagicalGirl - Definitely qualifies, as her use of magic has shown, but to what extent her abilities reach is unknown.
* DefrostingIceQueen - As she spends more time in human form (we know she is not human or corporeal by nature, but what she is hasn't been revealed), she gains more and more human emotions.
* GenkiGirl - Can certainly come across as one.
* MeaningfulName - She implies that she chose the name Eve for a reason, though listed off a number of possibilities, so it's difficult to narrow down if there's a ''main'' reason.
* PsychicPowers - Somehow, she knows things about you even when she's never actually met you.
* TookALevelInKindness - As she gains more human emotions, she becomes much kinder and merciful as a result.
* TranquilFury - The only real difference between a calm Evie and a pissed of Evie is that pissed off Evie is ''breaking your neck'' while she's smiling.
* {{Troll}} - Knows every single button she could push from the moment she meets you and heartily enjoys pushing them.
* WhatIsThisThingYouCallLove - Starts off like this. She gains and understands more emotions as time goes on.

!!Non-Scripted Beings/Antiversers:

[[folder:TheAntiverser]]

->''"There will only be one outcome in this little war between you and I."''
-->--'''The Antiverser'''

The Antiverser, leader of the Antiversers. Nearly nothing is known about this mysterious entity, other than that he holds an intense hatred for Duncan, he is a cyborg, and that he is the natural enemy of the Multiversers. He stands against everything Duncan stands for, and has but one goal: the death of Duncan Verser. A goal he will do anything to accomplish. He is confirmed to work for The End, the incarnation of non-existence that wishes to return everything to nothingness, so that nothing can ever come back from the ruins.
----
!!Tropes Relating to The Antiverser:
* BerserkButton - Duncan Verser's very existence is one for him. He especially hates it when he's compared to Duncan.
* {{BFS}} - Possesses a dai-katana longer than him, which is a corrupted version of Duncan Verser's old sword.
* BigBad - While The Antiverser is more a GreaterScopeVillain (see below) to all of the Multiversers, he is still Duncan's Antiverser equivalent, thus is Duncan's big bad for the majority of the saga.
* CharlesAtlasSuperpower - Does not possess any powers that a Multiverser would have, instead relying primarily on using technology and his own superhuman physical capabilities for a fight. This allows him to go toe-to-toe with the likes of Duncan Verser.
* DarkIsEvil - Clothed in black and dark clothing & armor.
* TheDreaded - Is this to many, especially Michael Verser.
* GreaterScopeVillain - Despite being the leader of the Antiversers, The Antiverser himself rarely ever gets directly involved in the battle against the Multiversers. That being said, the decisions he makes and the orders he gives to the others have caused so much damage that he fits this trope perfectly.
* NoNonsenseNemesis - Definitely qualifies, as he has little to no sense of humor and is deadly serious when confronting his enemies.
* ThePowerOfHate - His hatred for Duncan Verser fuels his actions, and caused him to become a servant of The End in order to get his revenge. In fact, it is even said to be a factor that has kept him alive for so long!
* TheStoic - Barely shows or feels any emotions, aside from a cold indifference and anger toward Duncan.
* SpellMyNameWithAThe - Mostly referred to as "The Antiverser."
* TranquilFury - Upon realizing that Michael is a Multiverser, and is a student of Duncan Verser, he steadily begins slips into this. Goes into this full on when Satan Verser steals many components of his long term plan for the sake of his own revenge.
* YouHaveFailedMe - Comes close to this when Satan Verser renders a number of his plans inert with a rushed plan. Subverted so that he can use him more later, rationalizing it as him being more useful alive than dead.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:LuciferVerser]]
Lucifer, the second Antiverser created. Once a Multiverser, this mysterious man has apparently become disillusioned by his former life and now seeks to bring the Multiverse down, along with all who follow it. Unlike his leader, Lucifer tries to make sure there are no innocents caught in the crossfire, and is an extremely honorable person. He also possesses immense strength, as he is able to wield a sword twice as big as him with ease. He only puts up with his compatriots so he can end his adversary.
----
!!Tropes Relating to Lucifer Verser:
* AntiVillain - He is an Antiverser, and has the goal to end the Multiversers and their master. Despite this, he still has deeply held moral beliefs, and will go out of his way to save others when not under orders. For example, he gives Michael time to pick up his weapon before he fights him.
* BadassLongcoat - Wears a red longcoat with a hood on it, all of which is rather badass.
* {{BFS}} - Has an odachi he calls ''Masamune'' (much to the displeasure of the spirit residing in Michael Verser's ''Masamune'' blade).
* CoolMask - Wears a quarian-style helmet with a fogged glass mask, showing only two glowing red lights for eyes.
* TheDragon - Serves as one of these to The Antiverser, being one of the being's more "loyal" allies.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes - Is the only friend of Erebus Verser, due to being the first to show him kindness.
* EvenEvilHasStandards - Despite him serving an apathetic boss, who in turn serves a force that wants to wipe out all of creation, Lucifer has morals to his actions. He refuses to let innocents be caught in the crossfire, and even gives Michael time to pick up a weapon before fighting him.
* MyMasterRightOrWrong - Played with. While he most likely doesn't approve of the more evil aspects of his group, he remains "loyal" to The Antiverser, in order to see his goals through.
* NeverHurtAnInnocent - A big part of his modus operandi.
* PetTheDog - Has instances of this:
** Watches out for The Agent, acting as a silent guardian of sorts for her.
** Shows genuine kindness to Erebus Verser, the Antiverser of [=LaTrell=] Verser created to serve as an evil copy and loyal soldier. This genuine gesture earns him the friendship of the doppelganger.
* TheParagonAlwaysRebels - Used to be one of the Multiversers, until he turned traitor for one reason or another.
* RedAndBlackAndEvilAllOver - Wears a red coat with a hood over black clothing.
* TheRival - Serves as this to Michael Verser.
* SympathyForTheHero - Despite his hatred of the Multiversers, Lucifer is able to sympathize with the plights of the more morally steadfast of them and their allies.
* ThatManIsDead - He is a fallen Multiverser, and believes that the man he once was no longer exists. Hence, he took on a new name and fights to destroy the other Multiversers.
* ThenLetMeBeEvil - Plays with this trope. He fell from grace for unknown reasons, and for equally unknown reasons, is seen as a villain by the Multiverse. As a result, the man who came to be known as Lucifer took on the title of an Antiverser, after coming to believe that the Multiverse and its agents needed to go, as they caused more problems than they solved.
* WhiteSheep - Technically, due to being the most moral of the other Antiversers, and thus the most likely to be reasoned with.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:ErebusVerser]]
Erebus is best described as a mirror version of [=LaTrell=] and the self-titled "God of Darkness," he was created by The Antiverser to destroy the self-titled "God of the Multiverse." Erebus makes the perfect solider, as he stays loyal to his master/creator. With his God Mode acquired from battle, he increases his powers by tenfold only by draining his energy.
----
!!Tropes Relating to Erebus Verser:
* AxCrazy - Can definitely come off as this. His torture from being forced to watch countless horrific actions certainly didn't help with his temperament.
* BeingTorturedMakesYouEvil - He was forced to watch countless horrific events throughout the Multiverser for hours on end for several days upon his creation. This resulted in him becoming a ruthless and deadly individual.
* TheDragon - While he is [=LaTrell=]'s Antiverser, he instead serves Martin Chatwin, the true main antagonist of the story of [=LaTrell=] Verser.
* DragonWithAnAgenda - Is this to Martin Chatwin/The Beast. What his goal, whatever it is, is unknown at the moment.
* EvilDoppelganger - Was created as such by Martin Chatwin.
* ItsAllAboutMe - Doesn't give a damn about anyone other than himself. This is a result of his extended torture at the hands of his creator.
** Later subverted with Lucifer Verser, the first person to show him kindness and compassion. He considers him his only friend.
* JerkAss - How he generally is.
* RedEyesTakeWarning - Has glowing, demonic red eyes.
* TheSociopath
* TheStarscream - He will kiss up to his creator at any chance, though he has his own plans.
* TallDarkAndHandsome - Due to being a copy of [=LaTrell=], he comes off as this.
* ThenLetMeBeEvil - Erebus was created to be an evil copy of [=LaTrell=] Verser, and no matter what, he couldn't find any way out of this after being rejected by others. Thus, he embraced his role of becoming [=LaTrell=]'s enemy.
* VillainousFriendship - Shares this with Lucifer Verser, the first person to treat him with true kindness and humanity.

[[folder:KillerPrime]]
Killer Prime, the Antiverser counterpart to Prime Death. Killer is the embodiment of those who take pleasure in killing others. He is prideful, pretentious, and sees the dead as losers who lost all value once they died. His goal is to either convince Prime to join the Antiversers or, failing at that, kill and absorb him in order to become the Amalgaverser, in order to rule over all creation. Being Prime's counterpart, he possesses the same powers as Prime.
----
!!Tropes Relating to Killer Prime:
* AbstractApotheosis - Played with; as an Antiverser, he has nothing to represent, due to being an agent of Non-Existence. That said, Killer Prime has claimed that if he ''were'' to have an Aspect, then it would probably be the "Aspect of Murder" (something that Prime Death supports).
* ArtificialHuman - He is the result of countless evil personas in the Multiverse being merged together, personalities and all, to create a being of pure evil and death.
* ButForMeItWasTuesday - He kills so many people, he admits it is hard to remember any specific ones. This causes no small amount of anger to the people who confront him about their lost loved ones.
* TheDragon - Acts as one of these.
* JerkAss - He treats others as pieces of crap, especially the dead.
* KickTheDog/KickTheSonOfABitch - He is more than willing to use the souls of the dead to power himself. It doesn't matter whether or not they are good or evil. To him, they are all equally usable.
* TheRival - As Prime Death's Antiverser, he is his main antagonist for the majority of the saga.
* TheStarscream - Despite working with the Antiversers, he desires to take power and kill everyone in existence, becoming a "God of Death."
[[/folder]]

[[folder:ChaliceVerser]]
Chalice, the Antiverser counterpart to Dexter. She is unique among the Antiversers, as unlike the others, she does not wish to harm her Multiverser counterpart. She is actually in love with him to the point of obsession and instead wishes to destroy everything/everyone he loves so that there is less to distract him from her. She implies that they've met before, but Dex doesn't yet recognise her.
----
!!Tropes Relating to Chalice:
* AllMenArePerverts / AllWomenAreLustful - She sees literally ''everyone'' Dexter interacts with as a potential rival for his affections and hates them accordingly.
* BerserkButton - Anyone getting close to or threatening "her" Dexter.
* BigBad - As Dexter's Antiverser, she is his primary antagonist for the majority of the saga.
* BloodLust - She loves seeing the blood of her victims.
* ClingyJealousGirl - She's a {{Yandere}}, so what do you expect?
* ConditionedToAcceptHorror - The only person she would freak out over being hurt is Dexter. Everyone else may as well just be ragdolls.
* DesperatelyCravesAffection - Specifically, from Dexter.
* EntitledToHaveYou
* ExtremeLibido - Often fantasises about Dexter having his way with her and gets ridiculously horny over those images. If her claims of virginity are true, one can only wonder how mental she would be in bed ...
* HairTriggerTemper - Anyone who isn't Dexter can piss her off simply by breathing anywhere near her.
* HatesBeingTouched - By anyone but Dexter.
* InferioritySuperiorityComplex - She claims that she's Dexter's perfect match and their love is more powerful than the Multiverser itself, but fears that he loves others more than here and thus seeks to remove them from the equation.
* IrrationalHatred - She despises everyone Dexter so much as interacts with, believing they're either trying to fuck him or kill him.
* LoonyFan - Dexter probably compares her to Annie Wilks in his head.
* LoveHungry
* LoveInterests - She considers herself this to Dexter, even if he doesn't see them that way.
* MoodSwinger - She can go from seeming perfectly happy to displaying murderous rage in less than a second.
* PhysicalGod
* {{Sadist}}
* TrashTalk - Chalice is openly abusive to anybody who gets even the smallest amount of Dexter's attention.
* {{Yandere}} - The whole concept of her character, meant to contrast with Dexter's attempts to maintain a healthy mind in himself and others.

[[folder:Iussum]]
Iussum, Kay’s Antiverser counterpart. Was a former soldier that died because her former squadmates didn't follow orders and was twisted by The End into her Antiverser self. This led to her believing that order is needed in all things, so much so that she believes that stripping people of their free will to make them obedient dolls is for their best interests. After her first encounter with Kay, she sees him as a disappointment of a multiverser and will not take him seriously.
----
!!Tropes Relating to Issum:
* BigBad - As Kay's Antiverser, she is his main antagonist throughout the majority of the saga.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:TheAgent]]
The Agent was once [[spoiler:Patricia, the older sister of Adam when he was human]] and a woman who died in The Outbreak. After her corpse was taken by The Author and handed over to the organization Nemesis, The Agent was tortured and turned into a living weapon by The Antiverser for one purpose: to kill Adam Verser. She possesses a great hatred for the Aspect of Time (a result of her conditioning), and takes great pleasure in seeing him suffer.
----
!!Tropes Relating to [[spoiler:Patricia Verser]]/The Agent:
* CameBackWrong - Was originally [[spoiler:Adam's sister]], and a kind and caring person...once brought back to life and turned into an Antiverser, however, she was tortured into becoming a killing machine that hates Adam Verser above all else.
* TheDreaded - Is this to Adam.
* ForcedIntoEvil - Didn't have a choice in becoming evil, as she was dead at the time when she became The Agent.
* GoodGirlGoneBad
* ThatManIsDead - Due to the torture she received, the woman she once was appears to no longer exist...[[spoiler: which unfortunately means she is more than willing to kill her own brother]].
* UsedToBeASweetKid

[[folder:Ultron ({{MCU}})]]
Ultron is a rogue AI created by Tony Stark/Iron Man to preserve peace on Earth. Unfortunately, Ultron sees humanity as the enemy of peace, thus wishes to wipe all humans into extinction.
----
!!Tropes Relating to Ultron:
* AIIsACrapshoot - Ultron, naturally, is an omnicidal A.I. who wants to wipe out organic life.
* AffablyEvil - He may be an artificial intelligence bent on the destruction of organic life, but he can also be rather polite and affectionate. He feels general sympathy for the suffering of the Multiversers who survived the Outbreak, and even prior to that, he clearly had a friendly relationship with Wanda and Pietro (before and after they turned on him). Despite his more redeeming qualities, though, he is still an enemy to all life.
* AsTheGoodBookSays - Has a religious side to him, even prior to meeting the Multiversers. This shows when he quotes the Bible.
* AtLeastIAdmitIt - While he can acknowledge his actions as evil, he is at least willing to own up to them. In addition, he may be a monster, but he points out that some of the Multiversers aren't that better compared to him.
-->'''Ultron (to the Multiversers)''': "Maybe I am a monster...but unlike the majority of you, I'm willing to own up to the title."
* BadassBaritone
* BerserkButton - '''Do not''' compare him with Tony Stark.
** Also, don't call him a robot, or else he is likely to bash your head in.
* BlueAndOrangeMorality
* EvenEvilHasStandards - He absolutely '''DESPISES''' Walter Padick/The Man in Black, viewing his actions as unnecessarily cruel. If he had the chance, he'd be likely to aid Dexter and Michael in killing him.
** He also finds the Reapers from ''VideoGame/MassEffect'' to be idiots, viewing their cyclical goal of harvesting organic life to preserve them to be insanity (as one cannot expect things to change by doing the same thing over and over again).
* FightingAShadow - Destroying one Ultron body doesn't slow him down at all, as he can jump between them instantaneously.
* HairTriggerTemper - Se BerserkButton up above, as pushing that is a brilliant way to piss him off and lash out.
* HollywoodHacking - In Chapter 14 of ''MLTI VRSE'', he hacks all of the Atlesian Knights in Vale in no time at all, using them as a distraction to rescue The Antiverser from the others.
* IAmSong - His rendition of "I've Got No Strings On Me" serves as defining himself and his goals.
* KillAllHumans - His primary goal.
* KillerRobot
* OmnicidalManiac
* PrimalFear - Is afraid of death.
* ReligiousRobot
* RoboticPsychopath

[[folder:Henry Evans (The Good Son)]]
Henry Evans is a sociopath and has been one since birth. He was recruited by Chalice as an assassin of sorts and has since [[spoiler:been turned into a vampire]].
----
!!Tropes Relating to Henry Evans:
* AxCrazy - Henry kills people simply for the fun of killing people.
* BadPeopleAbuseAnimals - A noteworthy example of Henry's inherent evil even from a young age is how he once killed a dog using a nailgun in his youth.
* CreepyChild - Was once this, but is now a grown man and much more dangerous.
* DisproportionateRetribution - His first murder was his little brother, who was barely past infancy. Why did he do this? Because his brother had the same rubber duck that Henry did. He even keeps the duck as a trophy.
* DissonantSerenity - He is always calm, no matter what he's doing.
* FaceOfAnAngelMindOfADemon - He's a charming, good-looking guy who will definitely kill you if you fall for it.
* FauxAffablyEvil - He seems easygoing and friendly, but is really a cold-blooded murderer.
* ForTheEvulz - He strongly believes that morals hold people back from doing the things that humanity truly enjoys. He believes that his lack of any kind of morality makes him stronger than the people around him and gives him more opportunities to enjoy himself.
* FromNobodyToNightmare - He goes from a human serial killer to [[spoiler:a bloodsucking monstrosity when he's turned into a vampire during ''Vampire: The Masquerade - Multiverser'']].
* LackOfEmpathy
* ReminiscingAboutYourVictims - Rather unsettlingly, he seems to actively ''enjoy'' telling people about how he killed his brother.
* SelfMadeOrphan - It's implied that he succeeded in this unlike in the source material, where he attempted it but failed.
* TheSociopath - Pretty much a textbook example.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Maerlyn (The Dark Tower)]]
Maerlyn is an evil sorcerer originating from a chaos dimension called the Prim and the father of Walter Padick. [[spoiler:He was resurrected by Chalice during ''Hyperdimension Multiverser'' and has since been running her operation there.]]
----
!!Tropes Relating to Maerlyn:
* AxCrazy - Due to his frustration at Chalice keeping him confined to very specific universes, he's taken to killing indiscriminately as a form of stress relief.
* BadBoss - His underlings are often the targets of his frustration, particularly poor Rei Ryghts, [[spoiler:whom he sexually abuses while she's working for him]].
* BadassInCharge - He's a dark wizard formed pretty much entirely from chaos and has the power to back it up.
* BadassLongrobe - It really sells the whole "dark wizard" thing.
* BaldOfEvil - He's very bald and very pale. His son, Walter Padick, has a form which strongly resembles him, that of Walter O'Dim.
* BigBad - For the story ''Hyperdimension Multiverser''.
* TheChessmaster - He created Maerlyn's Rainbow, a collection of evil crystal balls, and used them to drive Arthur Eld insane, leading to Arthur mating with a creature of the Prim known as the Crimson Queen, conceiving the Crimson King, and ultimately ensuring the collapse of the Kingdom of All-World, which Arthur constructed pretty much from the ground up. The part that makes this chess-like is the fact that once he gave Arthur his "gift," he barely had to get involved at all.
* CompellingVoice - Not as powerful as his son's, but he can still do this to the weak-minded.
* DidYouJustRomanceCthulhu - A sexual encounter with Selena, one of Mid-World's two death goddesses, resulted in the conception of their son, the even more evil Walter Padick.
* TheDreaded - He's become so infamous throughout the land of Mid-World that people don't like to consider he ever really existed.
* EvilAlbino
* EvilCannotComprehendGood - As a creature of the Prim, Maerlyn cares nothing for life and order and relishes in chaos and death. He is completely incapable of understanding the morality of good people.
* EvilCounterpart - To Merlin of Arthurian legend.
* EvilSorcerer - Pretty much his entire character.
* FalseFriend - To Arthur Eld.
* FauxAffablyEvil - Formerly. These days, he doesn't give a damn who knows he's evil.
* HairTriggerTemper - Due to his recently-developed anger issues.
* [[spoiler:HeroKiller - One of the first things he does upon his resurrection in ''Hypderdimension Multiverser'' is kill Noire.]]
* HumanoidAbomination - Creatures of the Prim are abominations by nature, but Maerlyn is one that developed with the shape and intelligence of a human.
* {{Jerkass}} - He's pettily cruel to his underlings.
* LargeHam - It's easy to see where Walter gets it from.
* ManipulativeBastard
* SmugSnake
* VillainousLegacy - His son, Walter, is certainly carrying on the family tradition of evil.
* YouHaveFailedMe - Minions who hear any variant of these words either die or suffer a FateWorseThanDeath.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:The Brute (The Fear Mythos)]]
A manifestation of the fear of war. Husband to The Burning Bride. He was recruited by Chalice as a causer of chaos to distract from her plans.
----
!!Tropes Relating to The Brute:
* AdultFear - He is a manifestation of the fear of war.
* HatePlague - A living, breathing one who delights in causing conflict.
* MasochismTango - His relationship with The Burning Bride. Funnily enough, she seems the more sadistic of the two.
* SealedEvilInACan - For some reason left undisclosed, The Brute was left in The Empty City by the other Fears and Chalice had to break him out in order to recruit him.
* SuperSmoke - The Brute has many smoke-based abilities. He was originally ''made'' of smoke, too, but the power Chalice granted him made him more physical in nature (which was intentional on her part, in case he ever gave her reason to kill him).
* UnstoppableRage - People affected by his abilities.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:The Burning Bride (The Fear Mythos)]]
A manifestation of the fear of harming yourself and the ones you love. Wife to The Brute. Recruited by Chalice as a means of making people do those very things.
----
!!Tropes Relating to The Burning Bride:
* AdultFear - She is a manifestation of the fear of harming yourself and the ones you love.
* AffablyEvil - She's calm, collected, and even kind of sweet...but she doesn't have to ''act'' evil for her powers to do their thing.
* FatalFlaw - She is too impulsive. Unlike her husband, who uses his powers from behind the scenes for the sake of subtlety, she makes a habit of showing herself whenever she's at work.
* HatePlague - A more subtle one than her husband, but she's this, all right. See TranquilFury below.
* MasochismTango - With The Brute. She is the more sadistic of the pair.
* TranquilFury - Victims of the Bride often become emotionless, looking for nothing but the release that only attacking their loved ones will now bring them.
* WreathedInFlames - The "Burning" part of The Burning Bride's name comes from the fact that her bridal dress is set on fire.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Sophia Hess/Shadow Stalker (Worm)]]
A crossbow-wielding crimefighter with the ability to shift into a shadowy form in order to pass through solid objects and move extra quickly. She began as a solo hero, but was arrested for nearly killing a criminal when she staked him to the wall with a crossbow bolt. As a condition of her parole, she was given probationary status in the Wards and required to use nonlethal ammunition, a requirement she ignores when the Wards aren't looking. Her obsession with strength made it very easy for Chalice to convince her to join her.
----
!!Tropes Relating to Shadow Stalker:
* AchillesHeel -
** Electricity. Shadow Stalker can pass through surfaces while using her power, but she's just as vulnerable as an ordinary person if she comes in contact with a live current. (Possibly more, since her power means places like her heart and brain can be directly electrocuted.)
** Stuff like pepper spray also has a nasty effect on her due to gases being directly absorbed into her body while in shadow form.
* AlphaBitch - Considers herself to be the top dog and makes sure everyone knows it.
* AlwaysSomeoneBetter - [[spoiler:As Michael shows her the hard way.]]
* ArchEnemy - To Taylor Hebert/Skitter. Originally starting as nothing but one of Taylor's bullies, Sophia became one of her worst enemies when the two each discovered the other to have powers.
* BoxedCrook - As a vigilante who nearly killed someone, she didn't have much of a choice when it came to joining the Wards. After joining Chalice, however, she no longer counts as this.
* BreakTheHaughty - Taylor being outed as Skitter did this to her a bit, fucking with her SocialDarwinist philosophy. [[spoiler:Suffered this big time after Michael got his hands on her after she nearly killed someone to vent her frustrations. The ensuing beatdown that he gave her shattered her beliefs in herself so much that she became numb to the world around her for a good while.]]
* TheBully - Despite all her prattle about strength being all that matters and weakness being deserving of punishment, she's really just a bully who targets people she knows are weaker than she is.
* DirtyCoward - See above.
* [[spoiler:EvenEvilHasLovedOnes - She comes to see Chalice as an older sister figure over time, and eventually even starts to bond with her new teammates. To the point that when Chalice joins the Multiversers, Sophia goes with her despite having a very hostile relationship with them.]]
* EvilMentor - After learning about Taylor being Skitter she tries to pass herself off as one, claiming that Taylor owes her for what she became.
* FreudianExcuse - Like all powered beings from the world of ''Worm'', she had to go through a large amount of emotional stress/trauma for her to have any powers. She was the target of an emotionally abusive, predatory stepfather, though what he did that made her Trigger is currently unknown.
** At one point, she flat-out admits that on one occasiona where she was dragged to the principal's office, she was angrier at the fact that Taylor had an actual parent in attendance than she was at being in trouble.
* HairTriggerTemper - About the only thing about her personality she can't be blamed for. She was diagnosed with chronic anger issues by a professional.
* HorribleJudgeOfCharacter - She tends to think a lack of retaliation automatically equals weakness.
* InASingleBound - In her shadow state, she can jump downright ''ridiculous'' distances.
* InformedFlaw - Her cowardice. On one hand, she took part in two separate Endbringer battles, but on the other, she advocated the idea of just fleeing when [[spoiler:Scion started his slaughter]].
* {{Intangibility}} - An effect of going into her shadow state.
* JerkAss
* LonersAreFreaks - Prefers to keep to herself ... because it provides her more opportunities to hurt people.
* PayEvilUntoEvil - Her philosophy as a "hero."
* TheSocialDarwinist - Believes that anyone less vicious than her should stay in their place, which is out of her way.
* SociopathicHero - The reason she joined the Wards was that it was part of the probation for her use of deadly weapons during her vigilante career. As a member of the Wards, she is strictly prohibited from doing so ... which hasn't stopped her from using them anyway on those she sees as enemies.
* TheStraightAndArrowPath - She fights with a crossbow.
* VillainousBreakdown - Has one upon discovering Taylor is Skitter, because someone that "weak" becoming that feared and respected fucks with her entire philosophy.
* WithGreatPowerComesGreatInsanity - Implied. Her own mother claims she showed no sociopathic tendencies before she got her powers.

[[folder:Torhu Adachi (Persona 4)]]
Tohru Adachi is a former detective for the Inaba Police Departent and the serial killer behind the murders being investigated in ''Persona 4''. He believes life is pointless and that after the bad life he's had, the world owes him one, thus feels that he's completely justified in his perversion and murdering.
----
!!Tropes Relating to Torhu Adachi:
* AccidentalMurder - His first kill was this ... though he ''was'' attempting rape at the time, so it doesn't exactly get him out of it.
* TheAloner - He feels that other people tie him down and make him miserable, and that the only true freedom lies in solitude.
* TheAtoner - [[spoiler:After Chalice defects to The Movement, Adachi goes with her, having bonded with his teammates and fully realised just how fucked up and wrong his world view and actions have been in the past.]]
* AttemptedRape - His first murder victim, Mayumi Yamano, was accidentally pushed into Mayonaka by Adachi while he was forcing himself on her.
* AxCrazy - You wouldn't know it with how calm he appears, but the man can be blood-hungry as hell.
* BadassInANiceSuit
* BatmanGambit - He kills two people, pretends to be a bumbling detective, manipulates a man to carry on his murders under the guise of saving people ''from'' those murders, all just so he can watch and enjoy what happens.
* BeneathSuspicion - No one ever suspects the comic relief ...
* BigBadFriend - Dexter and Adachi form something that certainly ''resembles'' friendship as Dexter tried to understand his mind, and Adachi genuinely doesn't seem to have anything against Dexter like he does against most other people, so ...
* BigBadWannabe - He wants to be the bad guy and end the world because he sees justice as a lie and the world as full of shit.
* BitchInSheepsClothing
* BerserkButton - Strangely enough, he came to respect Dexter so much that badmouthing the Multiverser is a legitimate way of pissing Adachi off.
* BlatantLies - As soon as he finally comes under suspicion, his usually brilliant lying skills seem to abandon him.
* ChildHater - More of a teenager hater, I suppose. He finds them irritating because they're old enough to see how crappy the world is yet still tend to act like everything's okay. Actual children, who are completely innocent of such things, however, he actually seems to like.
* DirtyCop - Openly admits the only reason he became a detective was so that he could legally carry a gun.
* DissonantSerenity - When all the pretenses are dropped and he's revealed for what he is, he's about as calm as a person can get.
* DrivenToSuicide - He casually tried to blow his own brains out when he realised he was going to lose.
* DrunkWithPower / DrunkOnTheDarkSide - What happens when you give a cynical depressive the power to throw people into a realm of demons and summon a Persona? This guy.
* DullEyesOfUnhappiness - As soon as he's outed as the culprit his eyes become dull and lifeless, reflecting is fatalistic view of the world.
* EducationMama - His parents only cared about his grades when he was in school and the school was more or less the same way.
* EntitledBastard - He thinks that his hard work in his youth means that the world owes him success and an intimate relationship. Because he has neither, he feels it's the fault of life, society, and the women around him. He also talks about his power to throw people into TV sets as if it was given to him to make up for his unsuccessful lot in life.
* EntitledToHaveYou - His attitude toward Mayumi Yamano before and during the attempted rape that led to her death.
* EvilCannotComprehendGood - To put it simply, the fact that Dexter makes attempts to show him genuine kindness confuses Adachi to no end.
* EvilIsPetty - Both of his initial murders are for incredibly petty and perverted reasons; the first one was just him throwing a temper tantrum because a celebrity he had a crush on had an affair, and the second was just because he saw a high school girl talking to an older man and deemed her a "whore" who had to die. It's lampshaded ''very'' often how chilish he actually is.
* FreudianExcuse - Simply put, he's tired of being life's bitch and sees his actions as "taking control."
* GracefulLoser - Oddly enough, when he ''is'' finally defeated, he is 100% calm and accepting of whatever punishment is in store for him.
* HardWorkHardlyWorks - Despite the inhuman amount of studying and work he did in his youth, at the detriment to any kind of social life he may have had, he still found himself as life's ButtMonkey, which is pretty much the whole reason for his actions.
* HumansAreBastards - To quote the man himself, "If crimes could be solved by appealing to morality, we wouldn't need the police!"
* {{Hypocrite}} - His belief that humans are hypocrites is ironic because of how much of a hypocrite he really is. He makes other people's lives miserable while still acting like he's the only one who's had a rough existence, calls the Multiversers and their allies self-righteous for their responses to his long tirade against how much humanity and reality suck, and claims that they're only pursuing him because they wanted some excitement in their boring lives. Then again, he probably knows it and just doesn't care.
* IJustWantToBeSpecial - Beneath everything he does and says, he's really just desperate to validate his own existence.
* InsaneTrollLogic - He keeps insinuating that he only put Mayumi and Saki into Mayonaka and that it was the world itself that killed them. The world shaped by the thoughts and feelings all humanity. Therefore, everyone is responsible for their deaths, including the heroes. They rightfully point out why that's bullshit.
* ItsAllAboutMe - Whatever pain and misery other people go through, especially those of the families of his victims, is apparently insignificant to his suffering.
* ItIsBeyondSaving - His view on humanity.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold - Eventually develops into one after joining Chalice's Brigade.
* KickTheDog - His casual attitude toward the killings he committed. Even if you believe that he didn't know Mayumi would fall into the TV and die, it's clear that he was out to harm her from the beginning.
* LackOfEmpathy - Adachi encourages his teenage enemies to adopt this mindset when they get older, claiming that life is tough enough as it is without having to be bogged down by the feelings of those around them.
* MoralSociopathy - When he's finally outed as a killer, he never makes attempts to deny it ever again. Why? It's the "rules" for the "game" he made of it in his head.
* MoralityPet - Kids, strangely enough. He seems to genuinely like innocent children.
* NeverMyFault - He got a bad shake, that's all, his idiot superiors dumped him in Inaba, they overreacted. Besides, he was gentlemanly, there was something wrong with those "stupid bitches" for getting it in their head to reject him. Besides, they were just playing Namatame, right? Really, he did the world a favor. For the record, you're all just as bad if not worse for going on this adventure to stop him, selfish brats. ...Yeah, you get the idea.
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness - Once the bumbling detective facade is dropped, he becomes ''ridiculously'' competent.
* PetTheDog - Again, seems this way with children.
* PoliceAreUseless - Shares this attitude with most of his enemies, but for different reasons. Being a police officer himself gives him a veritable front row seat to all the bureaucratic hand-wringing, shortcuts, pitfalls, and misfires of law enforcement that he finds himself lamenting over, more out of the consequence that as a detective, he has to get yanked around by these incompetent decisions. The fact that they can't seem to find the Killer out, despite him being smack dab in their midst, possible amplified this sentiment.
* PoliticallyIncorrectVillain - The sexism should really speak for itself at this point.
* PsychopathicManchild
* RealityWarper - What makes him a genuine problem once inside Mayonaka is that he has an ''absurd'' amount of control over the place and the Shadows within it for reasons even he doesn't understand.
* ShadowArchetype - If you really look at it, his response to life treating him as a punching bag is probably how a ''lot'' of the Multiversers ''could'' have reacted to their own, even worse, misfortunes over the years. In that sense, Adachi must seem like a twisted reflection to some of them.
* SmugSnake
* SourPrude - Seeing teenagers being intimite pisses him off because all he was allowed to do in those years was study his ass off.
* StrawNihilist - When confronted, he delves into a rant about the pointlessness of life and how much easier it would be if everyone were to become Shadows.
-->"Those who succeed in life, they just happen to born with the magic ticket called 'talent.' If you don't have it, you can either accept or deny that fact until you die. That's your only choice. Once you realize that, all you have left in life is despair, the ultimate game over. Wouldn't it be better if that kind of reality was wiped away?"
* SupernaturalGoldEyes - When in Mayonaka.
* TrueCompanions - It starts off when Dojima, someone with every reason to ''hate'' Adachi by this point, still expresses genuine concern over him. Eventually, Adachi begins to see Chalice's Brigade as this, and his whole world view is shaken because of it.
* VillainousBreakdown - Whenever confronted with just how ''childish'' his actions really are.
