* FunnyAneurismMoment: While it's easy to laugh at her quirky antics (and her fellow raiders equally view her as overly bizarre), it becomes a lot less funny once you read that the reason she is this way is [[spoiler: being forced to sever any barrier between her and the Aleph, thus being slowly driven insane by the echoing voices of all those who are (and were) connected to it, in order to (narrowly) escape after venturing too far in the Aleph flow and meeting Uras-Beherit.]]

* TokenEvilTeammmate: Doldren is one of the most morally bankrupt charachters among the Raiders, having joined the group merely to quench his bloodlust and let loose his homicidal instincts. His debauchery was so great and the crimes he committed so gruesome that his own people threw him into the Pit of Repudiation - the ancient gaol the natives of the Broken Planet use to get rid of those who break their peaceful laws. In fact, the only reason Harec keeps him around and is willing to close an eye (NoPunIntended) on his amorality is his efficiency and skill.

It hesitated just an instant, but it was enough for the family hiding in the ruins of Sariss Vaga to escape. Council units are not allowed to fail; the Hunter units are responsible for eradicating them when they do. The Konstantin unit did not survive this encounter, but Konstantin the human did. Over time, Konstantin rebuilt his body and his humanity, free at last from Council control.

* GatlingGood: His weapons of choice are assault rifles with multiple rotating barrels, firing heavy-caliber spherical bullets coated in an elastic polymer which gives the bullets (in case they don't kill their target) various additional abilities, from ricocheting on surfaces to pushing back enemies. Their main drawback is the heat buildup, which gradually slows the fire rate and needs some cooling down before being able to fire at maximum capacity again.
* TheLancer: To Harec, as the first Raider to be recruited and an extremely comptent tactician. While they're both similar in their desire to protect others and do good, their differences are notable: aside from the obvious one (Harec is an alien, Konstantin a cyborg from an Earth-based faction), Konstantin is more cautious, spends more time planning the Raiders' moves, can sometimes adopt unorthodox and creative methods to solve his problems (like using dance music to enrage Lycus to the point of freeing himself), and uses a direct approach on a battlefield. In the end, however, he trusts Harec's judgement and is possibly his most trusted man.

Shae was the Custodia Prime of the mysteries and traditions of the aristocratic house of Rancidum Genus. Isolated from the reality of the lives of her people, Shae was unable to foresee the fall of her house to the humans until it was too late. Shae is adept at the ritual discipline of Mentis Nebula. Armed with it and with an iron will, Shae wants to return her house to its former glory.

* SkeletonMotif: During her days of using the Enmu Dagan persona, whose most notable feature is an helmet shaped like the skull of a giant bird, to terrify the humans while hunting them; ironically enough, the story upon which the Enmu Dagan skin was fashioned after sees protagonist [[spoiler: Uras Beherit, one of the Raiders' most persistent nemeses.]]
