* ObliviouslyEvil: Doesn't know anything about food being alive, because through his (and other people's) eyes, they ''never'' move or have human features. The only way he could see them at all is due to taking [[spoiler: liquified bath salts]] (which is self-destructive in itself), and afterwards, he just thinks it's a hallucination and nothing more and tries to eat something because of the munchies. When he believes that the food is alive, he is shocked, and guilt-ridden over what that entails.

* CruelAndUnusualDeath: [[spoiler:He kills himself by accident when he spills boiling water over himself while trying to grab Barry, setting off a chain reaction which ends with a decorative axe falling and chopping his head off. Which means he pretty much died alone as a sad drug abuser.]] He essentially swore off food in general which if he had remembered as Barry had expected, would have ended in death by starvation.
* DiesWideOpen: [[spoiler:When Druggie is decapitated, his eyes are still open]].

* FatBastard: When he [[spoiler:tries to eat Barry]].

* GoMadFromTheRevelation: Once he sees the Food world, he pretty much loses it and has no idea what to do [[spoiler:until he falls asleep and the bath salts wear off]].

* AxCrazy: Oh boy... Douche is not literary only a Douche, He's always cruel, violent, murderous and downright psychopathic.
