!!Keigo Kyogoku

A powerful general in the Imperial Army, Kyogoku is the true leader of the Black Demons. He is the main antagonist of ''Thou Shalt Not Die''.

A mysterious demon woman who appears during the opening of the Combat Revue World Games, bringing calamity with her and seeks to find the Key to the Empire. She also bears an uncanny resemblance to Sakura Shinguji, star of the Flower Division. She pilots the Puppet Soldier Shinmetsu, a mech that completely outclasses the Mugen.

* LightningBruiser: Her mech, the Shinmetsu, is not only way more powerful than the Mugen due to its great size, but it's also surprisingly fast.
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: Yaksha isn't actually that threatening of a name as Hindu/Buddhist nature spirits can be good or evil. However, her mech is called Shinmetsu which means ''divine destruction.''

* RedAndBlackAndEvilAllOver: The Shinmetsu, which also has some gilding on it.

The President of the World Luxuriant Opera Federation, the organization which is involved in the Great Combat Revue World War. In truth, he's actually a demon named Genan Sotetsu.

* DiscOneFinalBoss: At the end of chapter 7, Sakura fights Yasha one last time, which leads to the latter's death. But there's one more villain the Flower Division has to face: Genan Sotetsu.

* EvilDoppelganger: She serves as one for the real Sakura Shinguji, since Yasha is created from Sakura's hair.
* EvilIsBigger: Not Yasha herself (who's about average for a Japanese woman) but her mech ''towers'' over the Flower Division's Mugen.
* GoodColorsEvilColors: While Sakura Amamiya's clothes are predominantly blue and pink, Yasha's outfit is predominantly black and gray.

* ShoutOut: Her name, CoolMask, Calm demeanor, and her very fast mech as well as samurai moves have her come across as a GenderFlip of Yasha from ''VideoGame/AsurasWrath''.

* VoiceOfTheLegion: Once Sakura destroys her mask, Yasha's voice becomes more robotic.

* PsychoticManchild: He actually throw tantrums against the New York Combat Revue.

* DroppedABridgeOnHer: After evading death by the hands of the Imperial Combat Revue, she unceremoniously gets killed off at the end of episode 6.

* DiscOneFinalBoss: At the end of chapter 7, Sakura and Kamiyama kill Yasha. But there's one more villain the Flower Division has to face: Genan Sotetsu.

* WouldHurtAChild: She shows no discomfort in killing Azami at the end of chapter 7.

The spirit of the city of Paris who serves as the main antagonist of ''Is Paris Burning?'', Salu wishes to bring France back to its days before the Roman Empire conquered the country, in order to recreate Gaul (ancient France). Salu appears as a young girl with blonde hair dressed in a colorful jester's costume, with the left side of her face painted white.

* BigBad: She serves as the main antagonist of ''Is Paris Burning?'', where her actions in recreating Gaul drive much of the game's plot.

A fat, blue-skinned, squid-like humanoid and the leader of the Paris Phantoms. He's one of the main antagonists in ''Is Paris Burning?''.

* DiscOneFinalBoss: By the time he's defeated by the Paris Combat Revue, there's one more villain left for them to defeat: Salu.
* FatBastard: He's depicted as an overweight blue-skinned humanoid and is one of the villains in the story.

A deceptively beautiful woman from the Middle East whose face turns snake-like when angry or excited.

* BackFromTheDead: In the second half of the game, Duke Calmar revives the Phantoms after all of them are killed.

* KilledOffForReal: By the end of the game, Python, Ciseaux, Masque de Corbeau, Python and Leon are all permanently killed off by the Paris Combat Revue.

* BreakoutVillain: After the release of ''Is Paris Burning?'', Ciseaux became a very popular villain to the point where he appears in the musicals as well as the ''Project X Zone'' series.
* JokerImmunity: Although he dies towards the end of ''Is Paris Burning?'', his popularity meant that he just won't stay dead. He's given a recurring role in the stage musicals and the ''Project X Zone'' video games.

* BigBad: He's the main antagonist of ''Shin Sakura Wars''.
* BrokenPedestal: Genan's villainous actions in ''Shin Sakura Wars'' end up killing the reverence Anastasia Palma once had for him as a ParentalSubstitute. By the end of the film, she decides to side with the rest of the Flower Division and help destroy Genan for good.

* GoodColorsEvilColors: While Sakura Amamiya's clothes are predominantly blue and pink, Yasha's outfit is predominantely black and gray.
