A sniper who initially targets Sakamoto for his bounty, but becomes an ally soon after.

* CripplingOverspecialization: He was fired from the association because, even though he is a skilled marksman, it was the '''only''' thing he was good at. [[spoiler:Chapter 75 reveals his skill at shooting is better than ''Sakamoto''... but also forgot to write his name, and thus is registered as 'No Name Given'.]]
* TheDitz: While not overly dumb, he is simple-minded. So much so that anytime Shin tries to read his mind, his thoughts are represented as crude drawings that Shin can barely make sense of.

* PinballProjectile: Uses special bullets designed to ricochet, letting him hit targets hiding behind cover.

* BadassInANiceSuit: The standard attire for all members of The Order (with the exception of Osaragi, who wears a black dress as if she is attending a funeral).
* KlingonPromotion: One of the ways to join The Order is to kill another member and being accepted.
* Main/TheOrder: Right in their name, and not any assassin may have the privilege to join their ranks.

An old friend of Sakamoto's. A somewhat mischievous assassin who specialized in preventing unauthorized killings.

* ConsummateLiar: He lies so often that nobody can tell when he is serious or not. Of course, people that know him like Sakamoto or Shishiba can easily see through his lies.
* CostumesChangeYourSize: His disguises are functionally magical for how they defy all dimensions, to the point he can makes Taro look identical to his own ''wife'', who's around half his size.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: Zigzagged, due to his mischievous nature, it is easy to say that no one can tolerate him around. However, the Order still trust him due to his reliability to get things done, and Sakamoto still considers him a friend since both were students at JCC.
* MasterOfDisguise: He's introduced by disguising himself flawlessly as Sakamoto. [[PerfectDisguiseTerribleActing His acting isn't so convincing]], however, as Lu and Shin quickly notice their boss is unusually talkative.
* SwissArmyWeapon: His main weapon can hold six different types of blades that can kill a person depending the roll of a dice. Number three not only works to decapitate someone, but can also be used as a can opener at parties.
* {{Main/Troll}}: He is very fond of pulling pranks on both enemies and allies alike for kicks. He even uses a fake knife to spook people whenever he tries to stab them.

A member of the Order that acts very coolheaded and has to deal with everyone's antics.
