* {{Retcon}}: In 2022, [[WordOfGod a Jagex Mod]] clarified on Discord that, while originally the sixth Elder God was intended to be a reference to Vos, plans for what Vos is meant to be have drastically changed in the intervening years (also there wasn't a concrete plan at the time).

-->[[spoiler:'''Zaros:''' Why do you deny me? Look at what I have achieved! Imagine what I ''could'' achieve. I have Mah's core. I am forged from her energy. How could you deny my claim?\\

* HaveYouSeenMyGod: According to Tok Haar Hok, after creating Gielinor, the Elders were satisfied with their work and lay down upon their "perfect world". Since then, the Hok have not receieved any orders, and do not know if they will awaken. [[spoiler:By the end of "Desperate Measures", Ful flies out of the erupting Anachronia Volcano, but has not been seen since destroying Kerapac's laboratory.]]

* TerseTalker: A variant. When she speaks, an entity known as the Voice of Jas speaks for her, as her true voice would obliterate everything. The entity speaking for her rarely says more than five words before vanishing.

** In his early days of godhood, he was so paranoid about his *own mages* turning against him that he commissioned the demon tailor Razulei to create the Robes of Subjugation (now a tier-70 suit of magic armour available to players). Zamorak was ProperlyParanoid in the end because the robes eventually killed the mages who wore them due to their secret disloyalty to him. His newer generations of mages, however, have been loyal enough to wear the robes without ill effect.

* GodOfEvil: Frequently described as such (mostly by Saradomin, Armadyl, Zaros, and their followers). He used to call himself a "god of chaos and evil" in the God Letters, too, but after some major retconning, he now he thinks of himself as more of a god of chaos and destruction, which he does not necessarily find evil despite the fact that many of his followers commit acts of evil in his name.
