to:

* BadVibrations: She fights using her powers.ability to create seismic waves, with most of her powers appearing as vibrations.
* BondingOverMissingParents: She's developed an OddFriendship with Silk as of the Spider-Verse update, with their missing parents seemingly at the crux of it, with a team-up bonus called "Lost Parents" to represent it.
* BoyishShortHair: In both her Modern Quake and AoS Season 3 costumes.
* TheCracker: Skye used to be a "hacktivist" before her recruitment into SHIELD.
* DeadpanSnarker: She spends most of her time in the story delivering fairly deadpan responses to Lady Sif's brash, haughty boasts and fish-out-of-water commentary.
* DishingOutDirt: When she's not just directly shaking her target, she can use her powers to shake up the earth and attack them with rocks and rubble.
* ExpositoryHairstyleChange: Her default costume, from the second season of Agents of SHIELD, represents a Daisy just discovering who she is and what her powers are. Both her alternate costumes- as a full comics superhero and her show season 3 SHIELD uniform, feature a haircut emphasizing her field role and increased self-confidence.

* IHaveManyNames: Her default costume is her MCU verison known as Daisy Johnson but if you have her alternate costume, she goes by her comic counterpart, Quake.

* RaceLift: Like in the MCU, Quake is now half-Chinese here.
* SecretWar: She was a member of Nick Fury's secret strike team to travel to Latveria and assassinate Lucia von Bardas. In-Game, Quake gets a team bonus when paired off with either Black Widow and Spider-Man, or with Captain America and Daredevil, referencing the team.
* SecretKeeper: She's one of the few SHIELD Agents to have the highest level of Security Clearance in SHIELD, Level 10 Clearance, alongside Nick Fury himself, Coulson and Black Widow, meaning she has some of the most unrestricted access to the extensive database of SHIELD secrets that one can have. Teaming her and Widow up actually gives the "Level 10 Security Clearance" team bonus to increase critical damage and rates, referencing this.
* SpyCatsuit: She has two of them; a comics themed blue SHIELD suit, and the MCU black one.

* ObviouslyEvil: He's a giant, muscle-bound serial killer that looks like a demon.

!! Spider-Man (Miles Morales)

to:

\n!! Spider-Man (Miles Morales)\n* AllDrummersAreAnimals: She's the drummer for her band, and has a team bonus called "Music is My Life" for being paired with Star-Lord.
* AllWebbedUp: Her Spin n' Pin ability, her only attack not based on kicking, is a barrage of flips while shooting web balls which can web up to three enemies up for a brief moment.
* AnimalThemedSuperbeing: Spiders, naturally.
* BatFamilyCrossover: Encouraged; the "Spider-Verse" teams encourage the player to mix and match her in a group with Spider-Man, Superior Spider-MAn, Miles Morales, and Silk.
* EverythingsBetterWithSpinning: She makes heavy use of spinning in her animations- The Blender power is a twirling handstand kick that deals heavy damage to all enemies around her.
* ForWantOfANail: She comes from an alternate universe where she was bitten by the radioactive spider instead of Peter.
* HeroWithBadPublicity: Spider-Gwen is wanted by the police, including Frank Castle and Captain America. Including her on a team with Punisher and Cap gives her the "You're Under Arrest" team bonus.
* InTheHood: One of the defining characteristics of her default costume.
* KickChick: Gwen's attacks and powers emphasize kicking as her primary attack tool- her normal combos, Kick-Tock, What Goes Up, The Blender and One-Two Kick ultimate all make use of offensive kicks. In fact she only has one attack in her entire movelist that doesn't involve kicking: her webbing based attack.
* TheLostLenore: Her universe's Peter is this for her, just as the main universe's Gwen Stacey is for Spider-Man. When you pair Peter and Gwen together, you get a "Tragic Love" Team Bonus for it.
* OneSteveLimit: Played with- there aren't any other Spider-Women in the game yet, but instead of using her canonical Spider-Woman title, she uses the marketing-based Spider-Gwen, leaving the door open for Jessica Drew.
* PassingTheTorch: When Janet van Dyne retired, she passed Gwen the Web-Shooters she uses now. Pairing her with the main universe's Wasp grants the "Benevolent Benefactor" team-up in reference to this.
* SheFu: Gwen is constantly doing flips, spins, somersaults and twirls throughout her very intricate fighting style.

* BatFamilyCrossover: Encouraged; the "Spider-Verse" teams encourage the player to mix and match him in a group with Superior Spider-Man, Spider-Gwen, Miles Morales, and Silk.

!! Spider-Man (Miles Morales)
* AffirmativeActionLegacy: The page image for the trope; he became the new Spider-Man when his universe's Peter Parker died.
* AllWebbedUp: Like all the Spiders, Miles has a webbing based attack- his first power, named Foe Flip, has him jump into the air and briefly web up three enemies.
* AnimalThemedSuperbeing: Spiders, naturally.
* BatFamilyCrossover: Encouraged; the "Spider-Verse" teams encourage the player to mix and match him in a group with Spider-Man, Superior Spider-Man, Spider-Gwen and Silk.
* BerserkButton: Venom, and Eddie Brock specifically. In his universe, Brock killed his mother, and while he seemingly stopped the Ultimate Venom for the last time, coming into the events of Future Fight sees him cross paths with several Eddie Brock Venoms. He even gets a team bonus, "No More!", for teaming up with him.
* ContrastingSequelMainCharacter: Mechanically speaking, Miles' in-game attacks and powers are based primarily on his Venom Blast in order to contrast and differentiate him from Peter and the other Spiders.
* ChildProdigy: While easily overshadowed by the intelligence levels of other heroes in the Marvel Universe, Miles has a more realistic level of gifted intelligence, which is what earned his place into his new school.
* {{Invisibility}}: Not the focus of any of his attacks, but Miles invisibility is still utilized in his Back Biter to allow Miles to get behind his enemies to perform the Venom Blast.
* KidHero: The youngest playable character in the game- Miles was a Grade Schooler when he gained his powers.
* LegacyCharacter: His in-game bio even ends with the line "Can he lie up to the legacy of Spider-Man?"
* TheParalyzer: Miles' Venom Blast lets him do this to enemies. He utilizes it to zip between multiple enemies and leave them stunned during his Shock and Awe power.
* PassingTheTorch: Miles uses web-shooters designed by Peter Parker, who's family posthumously passed them to Miles as a passing of the torch. Teaming Miles and Peter up grants the "Passing the Baton" bonus in reference to it.
* ShockAndAwe: Miles' ultimate ability, Blasting Burst, has him jump into the air and deliver a massive area of effect electric shock, which deals continuous damage to anyone trapped in the radius. He also electrocutes enemies as part of his Shock and Awe, Back Bite and Wild Web powers.
* SuperTeam: Miles has been a part of two, both of which gives him a team bonus.
** "The Ultimates", the SHIELD super team he was a part of in his original home universe, gives him a bonus when he fights alongside Iron Man and Thor.
** "All-New, All-Different" references his time on the All-New, All-Different Avengers from when he became part of the main universe following Secret Wars, and gives hi bonuses when he works with Falcon and The Vision.
* WhenAllYouHaveIsAHammer: Just like how every fight in the comics plays out the same way with a finishing Venom Blast, so too does almost every one of Miles abilities make use of the same ability. One of his team bonuses, "Venom Blasted", references this by pairing him with Venom and Green Goblin- two of the more egregious victims of the Blast in the comics.

to:

* AnimalThemedSuperbeing: Even moreso than the other Spiders- she's one of the three Spider Totem avatars, like Kaine and Benjy Parker.
* BatFamilyCrossover: Encouraged; the "Spider-Verse" teams encourage the player to mix and match her in a group with Spider-Man, Superior Spider-Man, Spider-Gwen, and Miles Morales.
* BondingOverMissingParents: In-game, she seems to have developed a friendship with Quake, which is represented by the "Lost Parents" team bonus she gains when paired with her.
* TheChosenMany: As one of the Spider totem avatars, she's one of several Spiders vital to the Web of Life. She's The Bride. Peter used to be The Other, until Kaine took over, and Mayday's little brother is The Scion. Referencing this hierarchy, pairing Silk with Peter and Superior Spider-Man grants "The Bride" team bonus.
* DistaffCounterpart: To Spider-Man, more so than any other Spider-Woman or Spider-Girl.
* FantasticArousal: Her pheromones that drive her and Peter together, which grants the team bonus "Instinctive Attraction".
* FemmeFatalons: She can utilize razor sharp claws on her hands for her attacks. Pairing her with Black Cat and Black Panther offers the "Clawing Away" team bonus for it.
* IntrepidReporter: Cindy is this, as a counterpart to Peter's photographer. They even both worked with Jameson. Pairing the two of them with Private Investigator Jessica Jones grants the team bonus "Journalists By Day".
* TheRival: With Black Cat. They've fought several times, both have been love interests for Peter, and you gain the "Just Business" team bonus for putting them both together. You also get the "Cat's Vengeance" bonus for adding Peter into the mix.

to:

* AliensSpeakingEnglish: Sif speaks fluent English without aide, though she occasionally misunderstands some intentions and meanings.
* BloodKnight: Lady Sif mocks the concept of using non-lethal force against targets, doesn't mind the idea of destroying an entire Helicarrier in her wake, and finds the potential of dying irrelevant if it means she can destroy her target.
* CuttingTheKnot: When it's mentioned that the SHIELD agents need to watch their fire when pursuing Raina into the Engine Room of the Helicarrier, as a stray shot could easily blow up the whole ship. Sif firmly attempts to convince Coulson that the best option is to simply blow up the Helicarrier instead, ensuring that Riana would die.
* GlorySeeker: She is only interested in victory, no matter the cost to get there.
* GuestStarPartyMember: She serves as one for the player in several missions during the Agents of SHIELD story chapters, and from a larger narrative level, she serves as one for Coulson's team during the events of the story.
* HotBlooded: She's fairly impulsive and quick to anger.
* HumansAreMorons: She makes her stances on human morality and attempts to preserve life as such.
* LadyLegionnaireWear: Her default costume, based on her MCU appearances in Thor: The Dark World and Agents of SHIELD.
* LuckilyMyShieldWillProtectMe: Has a couple skills based around blocking with her shield and then basing enemies with it.
* TomboyishPonytail: In her default costume, it's less pronounced than her original MCU costume, but she still has one.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Lady Sif is extremely hostile towards the Inhumans in-general, even Quake while they work together, and frequently mentions surprise that humanity hasn't wiped itself out, even implying that maybe they should.

to:

* ActionMom: Her team bonuses reveal that her daughter, Danielle, is already born in this universe, with She-Hulk and Groot serving as Nannies and Iron Fist as the godfather.
* AdaptationalBadass: Unusual for a comic book character, Jessica's powers are actually turned up for her appearance in the game. In the MCU, she's strong- but still below Luke Cage levels of strong, and in the comics, she's stronger than that, but still on the low end of super strength. Here, her ground-pounds can create Hulk-style shockwaves, and she can punch so hard that the air blasts enemies away from a distance.
* AdaptationDyeJob: Being based on the MCU look by default, Jessica's previously brunette hair is straight black here.
* AlliterativeName: In true Marvel fashion.
* AwesomeButImpractical: Not Jessica herself, as she's an extremely effective tank, but her Passive ability is this. On one hand, it's a really cool reference to her past history with other characters, and it makes it her totally immune to one of the in-game damage types at all times once she hits 4 stars... unfortunately, that damage type is Mental, and the only character to really take advantage of Mental abilities at her release is MODOK, who is far from a frequent PVP choice, and never fought in the more challenging later game levels.
* BattleCouple: She gets team bonuses increasing her health and attack damage when she's paired with Luke Cage.
* CompositeCharacter: Jessica looks like her MCU self and has a stronger version of her flightless powerset, but she graduated Midtown High with Peter Parker, married Luke Cage, and has given birth to their daughter, all like her traditional comics self.
* LauncherMove: This is how Jones' 3 star skill opens- with a huge uppercut that sends a target into the air to be followed up on.
* MadeOfIron: She makes for an excellent tank, and can absorb a lot of punishment without backing down.
* MeteorMove: Jessica's 3 star skill, Smack Down, ends with one of these, kicking down into the ground and dealing some area of effect damage to anyone too close to the target as well.
* NotWearingTights: Her default look is based on the MCU version of the character, which means no costume and no codename- just a leather jacket, a pair of jeans and a side of snark.
* PrivateDetective: Jessica became one when she initially quit the superhero thing. One of her team bonuses, Outing Oscorp with Spider-Man and Green Goblin, references this.
* PsychicBlockDefense: Jessica's passive ability is Telepathic Resistance- making her immune to all Mental Damage, as a result of her time with the Purple Man building up a resistance to it.
* PunchedAcrossTheRoom: Some of Jessica's skills- especially her six star ability, send enemies absolutely flying all over the arena as she overpowers them and knocks them backwards.

They have to be unlocked one at a time from Shifters, or lucked into when buying biometrics. Slightly remedied by the Guardians of the Galaxy patch, which specifically makes Hulkbuster bios a possible reward for Villain Siege, but even then, it's a long grind to get him to a rank high enough that his high base stats and growth keep him competitive with other members of the roster.

Slightly remedied by the Guardians of the Galaxy patch, which specifically makes Hulkbuster bios a possible reward for Villain Siege, but even then, it's a long grind to get him to a rank high enough that his high base stats and growth keep him competitive with other members of the roster. roster.
* BenevolentAI: The Hulkbuster Dimensional Shifter is actually not Stark piloting the suit, but the Veronica AI remote controlling it.

* InSeriesNickname: "Thunderbolt" Ross. Also, "Rulk" for Red Hulk.

!! Captain America
* BashBrothers: Like in many adaptations, this is how his relationship with Tony is presented in-game.
* TheCape: He's every bit the noble paragon of truth and justice here that he is in the comics and the MCU.
* TheCaptain: Naturally.
* CaptainPatriotic: He's the page image for a reason, after all.
* {{Determinator}}: He's ''Captain America''.
* HeroicWillpower: "Heroism", his passive skill unlocked at 4 Star Rank, which reduces the effects of poison and chill effects through sheer willpower.
* LuckilyMyShieldWillProtectMe: Thanks to his Shield absorbing physical damage, he's one of the better early game tanks. His Age of Ultron uniform goes even further, making him extremely annoying to damage without Energy-based attacks.
* OlderThanTheyLook: Captain America seems to have been unfrozen for a while now, based on his interactions with the rest of the cast, but he's confirmed to have been in the ice for at least 60 years in his profile.
* ShieldBash: "Valor" his second Skill, is a literal Shield Bash. His final five star skill, "Shield Strike" too.
* SuperSerum: The origins of his powers: Dr. Erskine's Super Soldier Serum.
* ThrowingYourShieldAlwaysWorks: His first skill, "Shield Throw", bounces his shield between several targets.

* GodzillaThreshold: The Mark 44 was designed from the ground up specifically to take down a rampaging Hulk, should the need arise.
* MetaMecha: Being based on the MCU version of the suit, the Mark 44 is actually a suit on top of the standard suit, with pieces deployed at will via Satellite.
* MightyGlacier: Iron Man is the speedy, ranged character that you start off the game using to kite and do hit and run attacks. Hulkbuster Iron Man, conversely, is one of the slowest characters in the game, who is almost entirely built around slow, hard hitting physical attacks to tank instead of energy kiting.
* PowerPalms: Unlike the regular Iron Man, Hulkbuster's PowerPalms can't be used for fully ranged attacks, but they do give him the "Repuslo
* RapidFireFisticuffs: The three star rank skill, "Jet-Assisted Takedown", is a rapid flurry of motorized punches.

!! Angela
* ActionGirl: An Asgardian raised by warrior Angels to be among their strongest, fiercest warriors? Angela stands out, even among the rest of the roster.
* BadassPrincess: As the daughter of Odin.
* ChainmailBikini: She's still wearing her extremely skimpy metal bra and panties from Spawn.
* TheExile: The Queen of Heven exiled Angela from her adoptive home.
* FieryRedhead: She's quick to anger, as seen in her Shifter quotes, and as boisterous as any Asgardian.
* LongLostRelative: Thor and Loki's long lost sister.
* NinetiesAntiHero: Not surprisingly for a character who actually debuted in an Image book, she's a poster girl for this trope.
* OurAngelsAreDifferent: While she herself isn't an Angel, she was raised by them. Angels in the Asgardian ten realms sense are quite different from the more traditional angels seen in Ghost Rider and other Judeo-Christian based works.
* {{Stripperiffic}}: She's wearing the skimpiest outfit in the game by a mile.
* ThighHighBoots: Her boots cover more skin than the entire rest of her outfit put together.
* WalkingTheEarth: Angela has dedicated herself to exploring the other nine realms now that she's been kicked from Heven, and to explore the Galaxy.
