** According to Dingaling, Brad would have liked to get married, but didn't think he deserved it.

Added DiffLines:

* JerkassWoobie: Oh boy is she ever. She's a ruthless murderer, dispassionately slaughtering even people who aren't trying to oppose her (only considering one person to be beneath contempt). Of the dozens of characters in Joyful, the only ones she *never* tries to kill at some point are Buzzo, [[spoiler: her child]], the Green Ranger, W2D's worshipers, and the remnants of Buzzo's gang and even those people would have likely ended up on her hit list at some point other than [[spoiiler: her child.]]
** She also relentlessly abuses Rando despite his attempts to help her. She even tells him she never trusted him before finishing him off.

* MightyGlacier: Brad has high HP and attack power, alongside a wide variety of offensive moves. This makes him useful throughout the entire game. His main weaknesses however are unimpressive speed, a lack of support skills (like buffs and HP recovery)and Joy addiction (Which weakers him while suffering from withdrawal). Also, losing his limbs will permanently and noticably hinder his performance, [[HandicappedBadass though he'll still remain quite powerful even without them.]]

Changed Brad from Lightning Bruiser to Mighty Glacier

* LightningBruiser: Brad has high stats all-around, a wide variety of Skills, and some of the best damage-output potential in the game. Basically his only weaknesses are a lack of support skills (like debuffs and HP recovery), Joy addiction (Which weakers him while suffering from withdrawal) and that losing his limbs will permanently and noticably hinder his performance. [[HandicappedBadass With that said though, even without them he can still pack quite a punch.]]

* MasterOfNone: While he has some utility as a party member, his versatility isn't in places where it counts, so ultimately he's just sort of mediocre but usable in every category. He's pretty much tailor-made to be a filler character.

* BoringButPractical: Perhaps fitting for his personality. He's not as flashy or impressive on paper as later party members, but he has a wide array of reliable status inflictions, decent healing and SP restoration, a few strong attacks, and a weapon type for which upgrades consistently appear throughout the game, being the only character besides the hard to get Buckets who can use them. His status moves in particular are this for the later game because of how many of them can lock enemies out of using their OneHitKill moves.

Everything in both Painful and Joyful shows that Yado only cares for Buddy as a means to have everyone who doesn't turn into a Joy Mutant killed.
