He gets off on making [[BoomHeadshot flawless headshots]] and threatening people with his [[TheGunslinger trusty gun]]- or with his shapeshifting pet, Leon - depending on if you read the manga or watch the anime. Unlike the other [[ChasteTeens males of the series]] who aren't already married, Reborn actually has ''women'' falling for him. He was the object of an AccidentalMarriage. And he's a ''baby''.

Furthermore, he never mentions his targets and is disgusted by the ruthless antics of Tsuna's enemies in spite of saying that he enjoyed his assignments with the Arcobaleno. An [[EnfanteTerrible Arcobaleno]] from China, Fon is usually seen in the anime in the form of I-Pin's [[EverythingsBetterWithPlushies stuffed version of him]]. He is her master, after all. His appearance also explains her [[ShallowLoveInterest deep crush for Hibari]]: Fon and Hibari are virtually twins... Well, at least when Fon [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld was an adult]]. The only difference would be that the holder of the red pacifier actually smiles, and has a long braid. One thing they ''do'' have in common that's not looks is that they both have [[EverythingsBetterWithMonkeys cute pets]].

She's [[TheChick The]] NiceHat [[TheChick Chick]] of the [[EnfanteTerrible Arcobaleno]], and also [[BenevolentBoss The Boss]] a.k.a holder of the Orange Pacifier. Unlike the rest of her colleagues, with their [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld ridiculous]] life-spans, Luche is not one for a long life, [[InTheBlood a trait that she passed on]] to [[IdenticalGrandson her progeny]]. [[ItGetsWorse Oh, and she didn't just pass on that]]. She passed on the [[BlessedWithSuck ability to see into the future]], [[CursedWithAwesome and the title of Arcobaleno leader]], which leads to [[BlessedWithSuck that short lifespan]]! Isn't that just great? Her poor children also inherit her memories [[LastLousyPoint as well]]! At any rate, she did seem to have an interesting relationship with bad boy Reborn. The last [[EnfanteTerrible Arcobaleno]] to be seen in the manga. According to the [[WordOfGod mangaka's drawings]] and mentions by the other Arcobaleno, Verde's one HotScientist with a PermaStubble - When he's an adult, [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld that is]]. He's a very SmartGuy who helped create [[GottaCatchEmAll box weapons]] and invented the invisibility device that the [[{{Ninja}} assassins]] [[ManipulativeBastard Mukuro]] sent after Tsuna used. He, of course, made it so toddlers could see through it, cause he wouldn't want his subordiantes to [[FaceHeelTurn use it against him]].

The [[EnfanteTerrible Arcobaleno]] who [[ScrewDestiny has the blue pacifier]], Colonnello used to be apart of the COMBUSIN corps back when he was [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld an adult]], before he was CursedWithAwesome. He has a fetish for [[{{BFG}} anti-tank weapons]], and is sometimes flown around by his [[CoolPet pet falcon]], [[ShapedLikeItself Falco]]. He seems to have a [[FoeYay very big rivalry]] with the other Arcobaleno [[TheGunslinger Reborn]], always debating on [[{{BFG}} which weapons]] are better than [[{{Handguns}} others]], and who's the harshest tutor. He's also quite [[HotBlooded firey]], just like his one notable pupil, [[CrouchingMoronHiddenBadass Ryohei]]. Though... what's really rare in this series is seen in Colonnello. [[YaoiFangirl Fans]] would actually rather pair him up with a ''female'' character, who happens to be the series' [[ActionGirl Arcobaleno reject]].

He embodied the [[SevenDeadlySins sin of greed]] when he was with the BigBad, concerned only with his money, even if he has the appearance of a [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld baby]]. He's a MasterOfIllusion, king of NaughtyTentacles. He used to work with the [[HeelFaceTurn Va]][[PsychoForHire ria]] until he got [[CurbStompBattle owned]] by [[MasterOfIllusion Mukuro]] and tried to [[DirtyCoward flee for his life]]. The [[EnfanteTerrible Arcobaleno]] is constantly [[DudeLooksLikeALady mistaken for a girl]] by the fans due to his ambiguous baby voice and ever-present hood over his head. Even as an adult, fans can't tell.

Skull is the [[ReallySevenHundredYearsOld youngest]] of the [[EnfanteTerrible Arcobaleno]], constantly calling the other kids his [[SempaiKohai senpai]]. He's also a case of CurtainsMatchTheWindow, y'know, with his purple hair and lilac eyes. That'd be if he'd ever take off that [[NiceHat biker helmet]] in his baby form. His actions from when he did apear in the series has earned him the title of [[TheWoobie woobie]], after being humiliated by [[TricksterMentor Reborn and Colonello]]. His appearance and expressions in his adult form (ex: [[ImpossiblyCoolClothes decorative bandages, snake bites, chains, guyliner, leather clothes]]) has had [[InstantFanClub people fangasming]].

Not only is Lal Mirch a rare ActionGirl in this CastFullOfPrettyBoys, she's also a member of the outside advisors of the Vongola, an ex-trainer of the CEDEF and a failed Arcobaleno (with [[ScarsAreForever scars]] to show for it) as well. Having a IncurableCoughOfDeath hasn't stop her from dishing out large doses of violence as the trainer of Tsuna and others in the future though evidence seems to suggest that she's in fact a {{Tsundere}}. Had a [[CanNotSpitItOut relationship]] with former student Colonello who has inherited her [[TheSpartanWay training maxim]] and took her [[HeroicSacrifice place]] as an Arcobaleno.

A mysterious Arcobaleno who is also a member of Vindice. He possesses a clear pacifier and was apparently the strongest Arcobaleno in the past.
