And if that's not enough, his world merges with Sougo's world, the latter remaining intact, leaving Swartz to painfully disintegrate from existence while screaming in pain, rage and agony over his failed plan.]]

* ChekhovsGun: All three Time Jackers have [[IconicItem a feather braided in their hair]] that has been implied to have something to do with their time powers. [[spoiler: Ora rips Heure's one off and takes it after killing him.]]

* CombatPragmatist: He takes full advantage of his time manipulation powers to ensure he doesn’t have to put in much effort to defeat someone. In Episode 7, he just freezes time to push Geiz off a building and leave the rest to gravity.

* DealWithTheDevil: Not relating to his usual Another Rider methods, but he was willing to try to coerce Geiz into cooperating with him in Episode 11, stating they could cooperate to eliminate Zi-O if Geiz left the Another Rider be. [[ChronicHeroSyndrome It doesn't take.]]

* EvilCounterpart: As revealed late in the story, he serves as one to Tsukasa Kadoya, both being rulers from families with power over space and time assigned to destroy worlds to stop them from ending in ruin. But while Tsukasa protected his sister and only resorted to destroying the worlds when he realized he had no other option left, Swartz abandoned his sister to die in another timeline to destroy everything and leave a single world that will be his own. This is reflected in their roles towards Sougo; Tsukasa gets in Sougo's way to guide him towards a potentially better future, while Swartz creates monsters to ensure Sougo will not escape his fate as the demon king. [[spoiler: Fittingly, Swartz becomes Another Decade in the last stretch of the series.]]

* GlowingEyesOfDoom: Swartz's eyes glow purple after he absorbs Tsukuyomi's powers in episode 43.

* OmnicidalManiac: Episode 47 reveals that Swartz wishes to fuse all the worlds except for his and then destroy the merged world to save his own.

* ShadowArchetype: The reveals in episode 43 make him as much of a shadow archetype to Sougo as Oma Zi-O is. Swartz and Sougo are both manipulative individuals, possessing the strongest time powers of their timeline, who are driven to become king to save their world. Swartz has the same amount of cunning and drive that Sougo does, but none of the compassion or idealism. Swartz is cutthroat in his goals, using anyone and anything to further his goal to become king, while Sougo has similar impulses to see everyone as tools but tries to resist them. Sougo deeply values life and attempts to protect as many lives as possible while Swartz is apathetic to life, planning to destroy every other world beside his without caring about the casualties. Sougo desires to become king to save the world and protect everyone while Swartz desires it from his narcissistic belief that he is the strongest.

* UnwittingPawn: Despite being the undisputed {{Chess Master}} of the series, ''Over Quartzer'' reveals that [[spoiler: him choosing Sougo as the candidate to become the Demon King of Time was AllAccordingToPlan of the Quartzers so they can KillAndReplace the Heisei era of Kamen Rider with a timeline ruled over by them.]]

* DealWithTheDevil: His modus operandi seems to be this, exemplified in Episode 1 when he finds a basketball player fated to get killed by an oncoming car and offers to save his life in exchange for a contract. The man agrees...and Heure shoves a Ridewatch into his chest that turns him into Another Build.

** [[spoiler: Becomes played straight when Swartz reveals he doesn't need them anymore and disposes of Ora in #43, Heure protects her and gets them away. They don't have a good relationship by any means, but he still seems to care about her.]]

* {{Flanderization}}: In the last episode, [[spoiler: the revived Heure expresses and admiration for Sougo as “the Upperclassman King”. Come ''Zi-O vs Decade'', Heure is now outright in love with Sougo, even sending him a love letter.]]

* HeelFaceDoorSlam: Despite Heure's helping the heroes, Another Drive's apparent true identity as Ora causes Geiz to doubt his sincerity in defecting, and is chased off by him in #45; not long after, he's betrayed and killed by the [[spoiler: real Ora]].

* ProperlyParanoid: He thinks that Another Drive copied [[spoiler: Ora's]] face to make him drop his defense and be easier to kill. The real reason doesn't come up, but Heure has a soft spot for Ora and is reasonably afraid someone might use it against him. [[DeathByIrony Ironically]], it never occurred to him that [[spoiler:Ora herself]] might do that.

* BitchInSheepsClothing: Every time Ora seems to be doing something nice for someone else, it's either because the action directly benefits her personally or a setup to make the other person drop their guard so that she can do something absolutely horrendous. [[spoiler: Still retains this trait as a normal student. Her attempts to help Heure confess to Sougo in ''Zi-O vs Decade'' were only for her amusement as she was looking forward to seeing him get rejected.]]
* BroughtDownToNormal: [[spoiler:When Swartz decides Ora and Heure have outlived their usefulness, he is quite happy to take back the powers he originally gave to them. Heure escapes with his powers intact, while Ora does not. Episode 45 has Ora murder Heure so Swartz would give her back her time powers]].

* ChronicBackstabbingDisorder: While she never hesitated to use anyone for her own goals, the finale has seen her throw away any notion of pragmatism and just go on backstabbing people in her pursuit of power without considering the consequences at all. [[spoiler: It gets her killed very soon.]]

** [[spoiler:Attempted in episode 46 where Ora attempts to kill Swartz for manipulating her throughout the show.]]

* EvilIsNotAToy: Heure has been distrustful of Swartz's motives for long time. Ora was just dismissive and never seemed to question anything. This came to bite her later on [[spoiler: as Swartz took away her powers and she survived only because Heure escaped with her.]]
* FakeDefector: [[spoiler:Episode 46 reveals that she murdered Heure to get close to Swartz to regain her powers so she could murder him.]]
* FatalFlaw: Her lust for power. She never questions what's going on, the consequences of her actions, or the long-term in general, so long as she gets power in the end. Because of this, she never thinks to question Swartz's plans [[spoiler: until he's decided that she and Heure [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness are not needed anymore]] and tries to kill them. And even after Heure manages to bail them out, she still ends up being manipulated by Swartz into killing Heure for him in order to get her power back, and is promptly offed herself when she predictably tries to betray him.]]

* {{Flanderization}}: ''Zi-O vs Decade'' and ''Decade vs Zi-O'' manage the insane feat of doing this to two separate traits. [[spoiler: The former amplifies her crush on Geiz to sending him a love letter and starting a club for [[LoveFreak Love Freaks]], while the latter plays up her wealth and {{Jerkass}} tendencies to make her a RichBitch.]]
* GoodNewsBadNews: How she seems to deliver her meetings with people. She does so with Another Ex-Aid's candidate, though we aren't privy to the other half, and also in the third supplementary episode where she drops that there's going to be a [[spoiler: all out Rider battle]] at some point.
* GoneHorriblyRight: The Time Jackers are interested in finding a strong-willed candidate to replace Sougo as Oma Zi-O and in episode 35 Ora finds such a candidate in Yuko Kitajima. The problem is Yuko is '''too''' strong-willed, refusing to listen to her and even cutting Ora's face in retaliation.

* KickTheMoralityPet: [[spoiler:Episode 45 reveals that Ora does care for Heure even attempting to rescue him from Another Drive but due to Another Drive mocking her powerlessness, she murders the wounded Heure to regain her time powers so she can kill Swartz.]]

* LaserBlade: Episode 45 reveals that she can make a red one from her hand. [[spoiler:She uses it to kill Heure and attempted to do the same on Swartz.]]

* MercyKill: She apparently considers [[spoiler: murdering Heure]] simply putting him out his misery instead of leaving it to Swartz, outright stating that she will make it quick for him. [[spoiler: It's implied that she actually meant it (at least in her own way) as it was apparently her way of keeping up an appearance to Swartz, as she planned on using her regained powers from to kill him. That way her sacrifice of Heure would not be in vain.]]

** Ora loses her cool after Another Kiva cuts her face and thus is determined to taking her down in episode 35. [[spoiler:She even kills Another Kiva after Yuko loses her powers.]]
** A comedic example happens in episode 44 where she displays annoyance at being forced to help [[spoiler:Junichiro]] with cooking.

* StupidEvil: [[spoiler: Murdering Heure]] deprived her of the only person who cared about her and ensured the good guys wouldn't give her [[LastSecondChance yet another]] chance if she ever approaches them again. Those consequences don't even have a chance to come into effect, due to [[spoiler:her getting herself killed by yet another StupidEvil act - trying to backstab Swartz after getting her time powers back from him.]]
