The titular "Demon King" of Time, this tyrant controls the future, to the point that none can stand against him. However, though his grasp on time itself is powerful, it is not absolute. To stop his rise, several individuals travel back in time, along with several more who seek to ensure that he does come to power...though not with Sougo under the armor.

* PhysicalGod: By the time he rules the world, he has fully mastered his powers, including the power to control time, allowing him to pretty much destroy anyone who challenges him. To wit, so far he has shown that he can manipulate time, use some sort of psychokinesis and sends out a powerful of wave of energy that can disintegrate anything in its path. There's no telling just how much power he's still hiding.

A mysterious girl from 2068 who travels back to attempt to change the future by turning Zi-O into a heroic Kamen Rider by having him [[SpecialGuest meet and learn from past Riders.]] She also convinces Geiz to not kill him, at least for the time being.

* ActionGirl: She is a member of the [[LaResistance the future's resistance army]] and has no problem handling herself in a fight, managing to hold her ground against Another Build with little but a blaster.
* CoolGuns: She wields the Faiz Phone X, a Ridewatch modeled after [[Series/KamenRiderFaiz Faiz's Phone Blaster]].
* MagicalComputer: In Episode 1, she pays an Edo-era shopkeeper by literally swiping coins off the screen of her tablet, which causes them to drop into the woman's open hands.
* NonLethalWarfare: In Episode 1 she uses the Faiz Phone X to knock Sougo, [[Series/KamenRiderBuild Sento and Banjou]] unconscious so she can get the former back to 2018.

Sougo's great uncle and guardian. He runs a watchmaking and repair shop by the name of Kujigojido. Somehow, he also knows a lot about Kamen Riders, providing our heroes with knowledge vital to their mission.

A Kamen Rider from 2068. Like Tsukuyomi, he is a member of future's resistance army and travel back in time alongside her. However his solution to saving the future is far simpler than Tsukuyomi's: [[SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong kill Zi-O before he gets a chance to rise to power in the first place.]] Through some convincing, and after seeing Sougo's resolve firsthand, he instead moves in with the young Rider and accompanies him on his journey.

* AntiHero: At first. He's definitely a good guy, but to achieve his goal to prevent a BadFuture, he is not afraid to kill Sougo to stop him from becoming Ohma Zi-O. Once Tsukuyomi convinces him to help guide Sougo down a more heroic path he mellows out.
* GoodIsNotSoft: A member of the resistance army who fight to give the future world freedom from the tyranny of Ohma Zi-O and not afraid to get his hands dirty by killing who he think is the past self of his hated enemy.

A mysterious prophet from the same future as Tsukuyomi and Geiz, he reads prophecies of future events, often to the heroes directly. His true allegiance for now remains as cloudy as Zi-O's fate, though it appears that he has some kind of loyalty to the once and future king...

* GreatBigBookOfEverything: Woz is never seen without his Ōma Kōrin Reki (roughly '''Great Calamity Advent Calendar'''), which appears to provide him with an account of future events.
* {{Herald}}: He essentially serves as Zi-O's hype man, proclaiming his every action as if it came from a majestic tale.
* LargeHam: His introduction of Zi-O after his first transformation is so bombastic that it makes him worthy of a spot in [[Anime.CodeGeass Brittannian royalty]].
* UndyingLoyalty: To what extent is yet to be seen, but it's clear that Woz has an affection for at least the power and might that Zi-O has in the future, given the fact that he presents Sougo with his [[TransformationTrinket Rider Belt]] on a ''velvet cushion.''

* GreatBigBookOfEverything: Woz is never seen without his Ōma Kōrin Reki (roughly '''Great Calamity Descent Calendar'''), which appears to provide him with an account of future events.
