* ObviouslyEvil: Even ignoring their confrontational nature, all of the Quartzers' primary Ridewatches have the distorted Anotherwatch beeping as part of their activation sounds, making it very obvious they're bad news.

The mysterious leader of the Wardens of Time, who transforms [[Series/KamenRiderBlackRX Kamen Rider Barlckxs]]. [[spoiler:He is in fact the original version of Sougo Tokiwa, who reigns as the king of time. His goal is to erase the Kamen Riders and create a new world.]]

He's one of the Biggest Bads in Kamen Rider, considering his plan was to [[spoiler:erase the history of the Kamen Riders]] and he also [[spoiler:directly instigated Oma Zi-O's rise. The last of these ultimately makes him something of a BigBadWannabe as his powers are nothing compared to Oma Zi-O's.
