Lucky Clover's youngest member and the most ruthless Orphnoch to work for Smart Brain. Kitazaki is a socially-withdrawn teenager with one thing in mind: to have fun at the expense of others.

* AmbiguousDisorder: Aside from his obvious sociopathy, Kitazaki's mannerisms suggest he may have an autism spectrum disorder.
* AxCrazy: Kitazaki is clearly the most unhinged Orphnoch among Smart Brain's elite.
* BigBadWannabe: Kitazaki really, really wants to be the main villain, but unfortunately for him, he is nowhere near as dangerous as the Arch-Orphnoch, [[spoiler: and his unwillingness to accept this is what gets him killed in the end]].
* BloodKnight: Kitazaki likes a good fight just as he likes killing, considering "fighting" and "playing" to be the same thing.
* TheBully: What he really is at his core, an obnoxious, disrespectful teenager who torments everyone around him and still thinks he is the best.
* DragonInChief: He is both stronger and faster than Murakami, but works under him solely to have his fun.
* {{Expy}}: From being a BigBadWannabe with BloodKnight tendencies and having the personality of a SerialKiller, Kitazaki seems to be one for [[Series/KamenRiderRyuki Asakura]] from the previous season.

* HateSink: Not to the same level as Kusaka, but from his arrogant attitude to his treatment of Takuma, it's hard not to hate him.

* SerialKiller: All Orphnochs working for Smart Brain qualify to a degree, but Kitazaki comes the closest to being the most accurate depiction of one in the series.
* SoftSpokenSadist: He rarely raises his voice, and it's hard for him not to smile or laugh while killing someone.
* TheSociopath: What Kusaka has in charisma, Kitazaki has in cruelty. Unlike Kusaka, Kitazaki makes no attempt to hide this, and is heartless person even if he's not in battle.

A character exclusive to the movie adaptation. Leo is a powerful, but arrogant Rider that acts as the leader of the Riotroopers.

* NotQuiteDead: [[spoiler:Got defeated by both Takumi and Kiba, the latter sacrified his life as a result. He got gravely wounded and placed under stasis under Smart Brain.]]

He's also the first main deuteragonist to not be a Secondary Rider (even though he ends up using two [[spoiler: three counting ''Paradise Lost'' rider gears]]).
* FallenHero: By the end, he ends up as an anti-villain after losing his humanity in Yuka's supposed death by the police and becoming the Chairman of Smart Brain.
* HeelFaceRevolvingDoor: Because he's confused about whether he's more human or Orphnoch, whether protecting either side is just, or whether either side is just at all, not to mention [[{{Jerkass}} Kusaka mucking up any chance of him permanently becoming friends with Takumi]], he allies with the main characters as much as he goes against them.
* HenshinHero: Has briefly had time as both Faiz and Kaixa. Notably, he's the ''only'' non-protagonist in the history of the franchise, who has taken on the role of the protagonist Rider for more than two episodes (Yuji was Kamen Rider Faiz for ''four'' episodes). * KickTheSonOfABitch: He does this less than Yuka, but he ends up killing a lot of villainous Orphnochs and characters [[spoiler: such as Kusaka]] who've murdered innocent people, played friends like chess, and were overall horrible people.
* OurCentaursAreDifferent: Yes, he's the ''Horse'' Orphnoch, but his powered-up form does resemble a centaur more than anything else.
* MightyGlacier: [[spoiler:As Orga, Kiba has the best defensive and offense output of all the five Rider gears and even Faiz Axel. He has more power than [[StoneWall Kaixa]], [[LightningBruiser more physical power and produces more Photon Blood than Psyga]], and [[JackOfAllTrades has more variety in his attack capabilities than Delta]]. It can also tank attacks from the Elasmotherium Orphnoch, the biggest and most dangerous, who killed Yuka, ate Kaidou, and smashed the Auto Vajin in one hit. The downside is that it is extremely slow, being unable to keep up with [[JackOfAllStats any of Faiz's forms]], it's much slower than Kaixa and it's powerful armor is more weighted than the rest.]]
* NiceGuy: Yuji is a nice character that wants to protect humans and help Takumi in spite of his horrendous backstory. The only problem is that Kusaka has a nasty habit of tricking Yuji in fighting Faiz.

* TraumaCongaLine: Holy. The first episode alone, has him being getting into a car accident putting him in a coma for 2 years. Then dying and reviving as an Orphnoch. He then finds, one his parents are dead, two he's homeless as his uncle sold his house, and that his uncle is corrupt. Three his girlfriend moved on and is dating his cousin, and his cousin tells him this in the most jackass way possible. Then he finds out his girlfriend was a BitchInSheepsClothing the whole time.
