Bacardi is a kind of rum, Rosé is a type of wine, specifically White Rose brand (Interestingly, she shares a name with the protagonist of the novel Rose Blanche, although the two seem unrelated). Agave, while not directly being an alcohol, is an ingredient used in some types of alcohol, like tequila. Tineballan's name is a version of Ballantine scotch.

This is made even worse by this scene ending Balvenie's portion of the game, meaning we have to imagine her reaction to being forced to remember this.]]
